Mike arrived promptly the day of serviced, walked around and discussed the work to be done. He removed the damaged fans & light, checked the wiring, capped them, taped them, and put them in the box to shield them from any water thereafter, removed the blown GFI. He discovered that due to a missing ground in the original wiring, the GFI didn't just blow, it caught fire. I was lucky that it didn't spread to the interior, although he did discover smoke damage to the closest light switch. He replaced that switch and checked the other outlets nearby.

Mike D. was solved our problem in minutes so we had some additional work done. Fair price, same say service, I found my electrician.

I pulled three names from Angie's List, and Corey was the first one I called. I was expecting a long wait, long response time because of the storm. He is the owner, answered the phone, and met me at my home in 30 minutes. He assessed it, went to buy supplies, came right back and started work. Had to return next morning to finish, and meet with inspector. All wrapped up quickly and professionally. I have never been so impressed.

Arrived on time, worked quickly to find a replacement part and install it.

Fantastic. I was in a bind because I had Home Depot at my house to install a new water heater when they told me I needed to upgrade my circuit breaker or they could not install the new one. MacCloud was here within the hour & got the job done with no problems. If only everything in my life could go so smoothly! Very fair price for the service provided. Would definitely recommend to my friends and I will absolutely call them again next time I need electrical work! A+++++

He did an excellent job other than chipping one of my tiles and didnt tell me. They got everything done but one switch in the 2 hours, I had a long list. The were clean, quick, professional, exactly what I asked for and couldnt have done better myself.

Original estimate was lower than they charged me. It took longer than expected. They were efficient. They did a nice job.

I was charged a service charge of $45 in addition to the charge for the work done.my understanding is when the person comes out and the work is done there is no service charge HE came out as a free estimate and the work was done.that was dishonest

Mike installed a ceiling fan quickly and expertly. He is very congenial and accommodating. He also helped us plan for future electrical work and had some innovative solutions to some difficult problems. We will definitely be calling Maccloud again and will surely ask for Mike. The electrician worked very efficiently and managed to get more work than done than I would have thought possible in the scheduled time (8 smoke detectors + a set of two-way dimmers)! I was so pleased that I hired the firm to do another, bigger job afterwards, which also went very well.

It worked out fine. There was one person. It was completed in about an hour and forty five minutes. The person who came out was very courteous. He was prompt, and he knew what he was doing. That's about it. The area was left clean.
