We have been in business since 2007 and strive to provided top quality electrical work for all of our customers. Description of Work: Due to a backlog of customer needs, Mr. MacCloud made an extra visit to do an immediate need and then rescheduled for the other projects. They put in a dimmer, corrected a wiring issue, put a new outlet in a dark hallway and new wiring and installed a ceiling fan. They went out of their way to satisfy me. The work was done quickly and I will use them exclusively for my electrical needs.

Description of Work: My parents wanted to replace their electrical panel and had already contacted another company and they wanted $1,000 to replace. I used MacCloud last year to replace my panel so I wanted them to perform the work. Corey came to look at the electrical panel -- and to their surprise--he told them it did not need replacing!!!!. If he did replace it he would just put the same thing that is already in there. Its obvious that other company failed to mention this so we very much appreciated his honesty and it saved my parents lots of money!!!!. Thank you!!!!!

Hi [Member Name Removed], I apologize if you were unhappy with your 2 hour Big Deal. Our intentions are never to leave a customer unhappy. The 2 hour Big Deal is exactly that. When I confirmed the work you wanted done over the phone, you told me you were going to need a large ladder. I told you that I had a 16' ladder and that it would require two men to handle the ladder. If two men are required they are considered 1 hour each, therefore your 2 hour Big Deal would only be good for 1 hour. My men were at your house for a total of 2 hours, equaling 4 total hours. 2 of the hours were covered by the Big Deal, leaving 2 hour to be charged at my regular time and material rate. I credited you for one of those hours so you were only billed for 1 hour at my normal time and material rate. I met you in the middle and think that it was a fair compromise. Your total for the job including the Big Deal was $204, not $300. Once again, I apologize if you were unhappy with our service and hope you will have a better experience next time.
