They did an amazing job packing our belongs with care and a fantastic disassembling and assembling our furniture. I could not be happier with these two gentleman. I have never experienced movers who work so hard and are so dedicated to doing a great job.

They were very friendly, professional, and straight forward. There were a lot of problems with my building service elevator but they were patient and reasonable about it. Hopefully not moving again anytime soon, but when I do I will certainly be using them again!

From the first phone call to the final good bye, my experience with Boca Moving was A+. Their team was on time and worked efficiently to make my move as effortless as possible. Nice and personable team members.

I can't say enough good about my experience. The 3 men who came to move me were efficient, professional, friendly, and courteous. They all went over and above and never complained about the two flights of steps they had to climb inn the process. I would HIGHLY recommend them for your next move and use them again in the future.

I have used Lee's Moving & Storage at least 20 times over the past 23 years. They have also been timely, professional and efficient. They are very gentle with the furniture, especially the breakables. They have moved my home as well as my office numerous times. The best way you can show a company that they are doing a good job is to use them again and to recommend them to your family and friends. I have done both over the past 23 years. Dealing with Michael Ramsey is ALWAYS a pleasure. I also needed them to store my entire home furnishings while waiting for a new house to be built. Everything was delivered perfectly. They definitely get an A+ from me.

This was the worst experience I have had with a business in my entire life. They have moved my mother at least 6 times while she was alive. After she passed away, I wanted to ship ONE thing that was very special to me that was willed to me by my mother. Michael Ramsey, who had been in contact with my mother for a long time, knew how special this armoire was to me. They picked it up on 5/29 and it was supposed to be shipped and received within a month. Not only did that not happen, but they didn't respond to phone calls or emails, I couldn't get the receptionist to give me status, Michael lied to me over and over again, telling me that the overseas shipper was at fault. The overseas shipper told me that they had never received the order to pick up the armoire. Once it was finally picked up, they didn't respond to the overseas shipper for their for payment until I threatened them with legal action. The whole process took about 3 months and it was only supposed to take ONE! FYI, the cost to ship this ONE ITEM was over $3,000, which I paid upfront on 5/29 AND they STILL haven't paid the overseas shipper!!!! They have had the money since MAY 29! I desperately tried to find out who the owner of the company was and could not find out - no one would tell me and I couldn't find the information on their website. I strongly recommend that you find an alternate mover.

From start to finish the whole experience was extremely stressful and unprofessional. To start, the move was from my apt to a townhome approx. two miles from each other. I moved on a Saturday and since my destination was gated, the movers needed to be out of the community by 6o'clock in the evening. I reminded Michael and the girl who answers the phone three separate times that I needed the movers over by 8am to start loading the truck. This was discussed and promised to me before I signed the papers. They showed up at 9:30am and during that hour and a half of stressing, I finally got hold of Michael (boss) who rudely said that it was a Saturday and most people sleep in on Saturday! Really? What happened to the absolute promise they would be there by 8am? I couldn't believe what I was hearing! Once they arrived, they moved very slowly, one of the movers spend much time talking on his cell phone. When it came time to move the piano, they spent one hour deciding the best way to move it, though they call themselved professional piano movers! By this time it was 1:30 and I looked around and saw still so much to do. I called Michael, who eventually came over and reassured me they would get the job done and be out of the gated community by 6. We FINALLY left my apt at 3:30 with only 2 and 1/2 hours left to unload!! I was stressed to the max at this point. As we were leaving, Michael ran up to my car and asked if I would make a run to McDonalds for the workers who had not eaten! I explaind that I needed to be at the townhome to show them where things should go. He got very angry and YELLED at me telling me these guys havent eaten and they would have to stop somewhere. I have a witness who heard his horrible attitude. Finally, arriving at the destination, they moved my things in and didn't finish until 8pm (if they had gotten to my place when they were suppose to at 8am we would have been fine).I asked the guardhouse to please let it go and explained we wouldn't finish on time. They let it go this time and saw how stressed I was. When everything was finally in, the workers were ready to walk out the door without putting piano together and hook up the tv (that Michael said was included). Finally, after insisting, they did put piano together but I had to hire someone to do the rest of the things Michael promised they would do. To top it all off, my ipad was missing, still is. I called Michael to let him know where it was (in a box under my bed) but he immediately got defensive and said his guys wouldn't take anything. He didn't even ask any questions at all! Since then, I have looked through EVERY box that was moved and still nothing. I called again after a few more days to let Michael know the ipad was not in the box but he kept putting me on hold when I tried to discuss all these events that took place with the movers, the fact that they arrived and hour and a half late, the fact they wouldn't do what was promised to me (and put in writing), the missing ipad, the scratch on my piano, and a huge chunk of wood off my desk. He got very angry (odd response) and again put me on hold for 20 minutes, probably hoping I would give up. He honestly wouldn't even listen and was overly defensive. I finally said that I needed to record our conversation and he hung up. Never tried to help, never wanted to listen, did not keep his word on ONE THING promised. Still out of my ipad, which was a gift from my son, and still not sure what i'm going to do about that. I just wanted to share my horrible experience and let people know how Lee's Moving Co. in Lantana treated me as a customer. I'm thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and unprofesionalism.

While they initially said it might take up to 1 week, they delivered in three days. Incredible! Because we flew back two day after they moved the stuff out and it was there the next day for us in Asheville. The two guys were great. Organized in labeling because somethings had to be dropped off at storage while others delivered to apartment. Friendly as well. Flexible when there were some small changes. I would definitely use these guys again. I can't imagine anyone else could have produce such a smooth outcome during a stressful period for us. We thank them for that.

Michael Ramsey came two weeks before my move to give me an estimate. I was given a choice of an hourly or guaranteed rate. I chose the guaranteed rate for peace of mind. I had been given a couple of less expensive estimates, but decided to go with my gut instinct and chose Lees instead. Although I was supposed to move a week earlier, Lees was flexible when my move date changed. 9am was to be their time of arrival. At 9:10, I received a call from the office apologizing, letting me know the truck was delayed and would arrive within twenty minutes. At 9:30 the two hardworking GENTLEMEN (Lindell and Kindey) arrived. They remained focused, polite, professional and efficient from start to finish. A couple times their phones rang, but they answered and cut it short letting the other parties know they were working. All furniture was wrapped carefully before leaving my apartment and placed to my specs at its destination. I would definitely recommend this particular team of movers to anyone! Thanks guys!

I sourced this company via Angie's list and I was happy that I did. I ended up moving forward with another company but received such solid service on the front end that I felt compelled to write a review (especially since the moving industry as a whole is so poorly represented for the most part). I called to set up an onsite estimate (which all moving companies should be doing for you, if one insists on giving you a price over the phone, that should be a red-flag). I was met by Mike almost to the minute that the appointment was set. He was very friendly with my girlfriend and 9 month old son and compiled an estimate in a very timely manner. I moved forward with another company because he was unable to accommodate my moving dates. When he called to deliver the bad news, I was taken back, primarily because that sort of honesty has been so rare in my searches for moving companies. Most have been willing to promise things things that are clearly impossible and unreasonable. Thought I did not use the company at the end, I can vouch for the service and honesty on the front end that I received from Mike. My estimate was also very reasonably priced, better than one of the big moving companies that I had consulted with earlier in the week. Bravo, sir.

From the estimate, with Michael, to the time of the movers departure, it was a great move! Michael was extremely personable and friendly, while also maintaining a high level of professionalism. He honored our Angie's List coupon without any hesitation. We were in a tough spot, as my husband had to do all of our packing, due to my recent physical decline. We requested the wardrobe boxes be delivered prior to the day of the move and Michael said yes, immediately. This enabled my husband to finish packing on his time table, which was extremely helpful! The 2 men that moved us were hard working, polite and also very professional. They carried on with their work, only stopping minimally. We had gotten many estimates from other companies and Lee's was not only the most affordable but the feeling that we got during the time of the estimate, told us to go with Lee's and we're very happy that we did! oading the truck, one in charge of packing, etc. I would have given them an A rating if they had been punctual. They arrived up to 2 hours late over 2 moving days. I would use them again because of their professionalism, but would make clear from the start that drivers/moving van arrive promptly as scheduled. In fairness, the movers were right on time 2 days when our belongings were unloaded from the truck into our new home.

I called Lee's and they quoted me a price for the move over the phone. Price-wise they were in line with other quotes I had received and were able to deliver on the day I required, so I hired them. They were very nice, wrapped the large, fragile piece very well and delivered it in perfect condition. My only complaint - and it is not a complaint about Lee's - is that all the movers I called charged so much to move just one piece, but that seems to be about the minimum charged these days.
