+ -1 moreTerrible. Samsung set up the appointment as my machine was under warranty and gave the business to Lakes Electronics. The night before they were scheduled to come, I received a call that my machine was too old (less than 5 years old!) and that the owner had declined the service. Ironic that the company website is proud of the fact that they've been in business for 42 years yet can't work on a machine that is 5 years old??? Attitude of the woman on the phone was basically, "that's our position" and you'll have to find someone else...and said the owner has plenty of business and doesn't need mind. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

+ -1 morethe technician came 3 days late . on the date of the service , i called and they said the technician was sick and would not come .. so they don’t care about client or anything.
