John Pellegrino Painting & Pressure Cleaning

He was supposed to show up for an estimate and he did not call or show up. I would not recommend him to anyone. I have read other reviews and wonder how he stays in business.

The experience with John Pellegrino and his crew were excellent! From the first time John came to discuss the work and give us a price to paint the house he was thorough and professional. We had prices from 6 different painters and John was not the lowest but by far was the most knowledgeable, thorough and honest. We were extremely satisfied with John, the quality of the work and the professional workmanship of his painters. John stays personally involved daily in the project and made certain that we were happy. The job was finished in the time frame he quoted us. In an environment here in South Florida where contractors are dishonest and continue to disappoint, it was refreshing to find someone who did exactly what they promised and performed at a high quality. About a week after the job was done we had one concern with something on our front doors and John came over that same day to check it out and had his painters return the next day to fix it. Outstanding service and he stands behind his work!! What else could you as for? Thanks John for a job well done.

John was excellent and very professional but I do not recall the cost of the service.

He does exterior and interior painting and he also has a lawn maintenance service. I have a monthly lawn service with him.

They covered the huricane shutters, all the windows and door hardware. They put a primer on the entire exterior, including front door and garage doors. John applied 2 coats of paint. At completion they cleaned up everithing. I would definately use them again.

We recently moved to Florida and hired John Pelligrino to paint our home. The quality of his work was outstanding, he paid close attention to detail, did everything we asked and more. Was extremely careful with our furniture and other possession as they were moved around to accommodate the painting surfaces. He lived up to every commitment he made and stayed within budget. We were totally satisfied with the quality of his work and would highly recommend him to anyone. He was also helpful in recommending other professionals for other jobs we needed around our home.

Very good communication and always made sure I was happy at each stage of the project. The house looks like new again, actually even better. His prices are not the cheapest but, I took the cheaper option 6 years ago and had leaks and was in serious need of a new paint job. I can already tell John Pellegrino's work will last much longer. You get what you pay for. He is licensed, bonded and insured which gave me peace of mind too. He and his staff are very detailed oriented. I'm sure you will be happy with your home when you choose him to do the job. My neighbor is using him next. Another happy customer. Thanks guys!

There are cheaper service providers, but the quality of the work is inferior to John Pellegrino's service.

Called and scheduled an estimate. One hour and 15 minutes after our scheduled meeting, he finally called to inform us he was running late, and could he still come by. I informed him that we was not interested in doing business with someone who can't show up on time, or pick up a phone to let us know he's running late.

The house had not been painted in many years and was in desperate need of patching and some significant repairs where the hurricane shutter installation had caused water damage. He did an excellent job of repairing and painting. I had a lot of wood damage and needed a door replaced. He worked with us while we got them repaired and follow-upped with the painting. His workmanship was excellent. I would definitely use him again and recommend him to anyone.

We hired John to paint the home we bought because he did such a great job on the house we just sold. It looks fantastic!! The prep work was thorough and made such a difference in how an older home looks! Hopefully we won't need anything painted for a while but if we do we will definitely hire John. His work is top quality, done on time and always within budget!

I met John through the seller of our current home. John had completed both interior and exterior painting of the home before we closed. Subsequently, we have used John to paint both our primary residence and some rental properties. In all cases, his work and the work of his crew has been first rate. He is competitive and thorough.

Mr. Pellegrino knew what to do. He repaired the peeling ceiling and patched the holes in the bathroom. He painted the bathroom and great room. His crew worked so carefully. They were so clean and precise. His suggestions/recommendations showed his experience and professionalism.

His price is low for the work he does. He is a real professional. When I asked if he's going to this or that, he said all was going to be without any problem. The reason that I got him is because I had some issues with the previous painters. John is really a down home guy and a good helper. He stayed right with the job and got it all done in a pick of paint with the results. There are no patches in the ceiling and you can't even tell us that the ceilings have been cut off. It was pretty complicated and he didn't make any messes. He was there an hour and got his stuff done. He is really a good guy. If it is anything to do with painting, plastering or aesthetics, he is your man because he works with you and helps you give advice about the colors that don't go together.
