Mr. Kelley quite cleverly fixed my door length horizontal shades by repositioning the replaced cords and parts to reduce the stress that led to the breakage. He also clearly explained how to operate the shades as to reduce that stress on the parts.

He was timely, responded immediately, offered good advice, and quoted price before work was done. There were no surprises. I would use him again.
