Mr. Kelly came once and did not finish the job. I called him to inquire when to expect him; he said he would come right after Thanksgiving; AND NEVER HEARD FROM HIM. I paid him $100, and I am no better off than before he came. I will have to call someone else. NOT HAPPY!
