Great Service, Great Prices! Glen came to the house and had things working quickly! It's nice to know someone that is so knowledgable and fair!

I paid Guardian Computer to change my email server. He worked in my home for 1/2 hour and said he could finish the job remotely. The job was never finished.

It did take a little longer than expected. I did not have one of the cables needed, but thankfully, Glen did. He worked so hard and did a terrific job. My neighbors won't be so happy when I blow them out of their house's blasting my music!! As far as my other TV, that was quite a big job. He had to drill thru the wall to mount the TV in my den. Glen was extremely proficient and professional.

Glen was very professional. I called him because Microsoft decided to install windows 10 on my computer without me having the option of saying no. It started downloading and I got frantic and shut down the computer thus really messing things up. I found Glen on Angies list and gave him a call. He picked up my computer and a few days later brought it back to me after reinstalling windows 7 and backing up and reinstalling everything I had on my computer. Glen was great to deal with and I highly recommend him.

Glen is highly knowledgeable and efficient. He immediately understood the problem. He fixed it without delay or without having me giving him lengthy, complex explanations. The appointment was made quickly. Glen was on time and did a great job. Glen has a wonderful personality and a great sense of humor. I was very stressed since I just had moved when the problem occurred. No more stress; I can rely on Glen for future repairs, as well as for his advice when I'll have to buy a new computer. Though Glen missed an initially made appointment, which can happen to us all, because we are all human, he more than made up for it in the next two appointments. On the first appointment, he took my PC home, ran tests, primarily upgraded and added equipment, and resolved many several problems I was having. He returned the PC a few days later and I was completely satisfied. I called him a day or two after and asked if he could add additional USB Ports as my original 2 USB ports were starting to break down as well. He agreed and we scheduled a 2nd appt. for 4/2/16 at 9:00 AM. I texted him on the evening of 4/1/16 to confirm our appointment for 4/2/16 at 9:00 AM. He texted back that he will be there when agreed. Glen came on 4/2/16 at 9:00 AM, arriving promptly as scheduled, and quickly added the new USB Ports to the PC, as well as resolving a speaker issue and getting my second printer to work. I would most assuredly use him again, and would highly recommend him to anyone!!! The only thing that I would suggest, is to confirm your appointment with him, the night before or several hours before he is scheduled to arrive. That being said, he was terrific!!!

Glenn was great on time both times, just a good guy to talk to.

I called - and 20 minutes later he showed up! I was lucky that he was in the area and had an hour. Usually he said it could take a day or so. Glen is GREAT! He really knows what he's doing. My computer screen said "fan error" and would not start. He took it apart and saw that it had collected a lot of dust. So he blew it out and MAGIC - the computer started again. He also gave me advice - to use compressed air to blow out the dust every month. THANK YOU GLEN! It's such a relief to know that you are there.

Everything went perfect. In fact there were things that I didn't think needed to be done but Glenn pointed out how some changes would make my computers more efficient. He explains things very well and gives you options without forcing anything on you.

See above. He went above and beyond what I had originally asked him to do, which was to replace the cracked laptop screen.

It went great.

Although it took a while, the tech was still patient enough to get on the phone with the company that produced the system and they gave him the proper info to get it going correctly. I know in my business of Automotive repair some jobs that seem minor sometimes take longer. All and all I feel he did a superb job and I will recommend him to my friends, family and my Facebook page... Great JOB GLEN, Thanks Sir...

I have an older laptop with old software but Glen figured out how to get the pictures from my android phone onto my computer and into my Iphoto file. I'm glad to have met Glen and know that I can rely on him for other computer and audio visual projects that i might have in the future.

Glen exhausted all possibilities to re-install a corrupted component of the Windows XP boot registry on a computer containing data critical to my professional practice. He ultimately determined that my hard drive had failed and could not be salvaged. He was then able to extract all of my files from the old drive, port them to a new computer, and convert unreadable file formats to ones that could be accessed by my new software. His efforts saved the day. He was professional, efficient, and determined to find a solution. I give Glen Hart and Guardian Computer Services my strongest endorsement and unequivocal recommendation.

This is the second time I used Glen. One time too many. He installed a counterfeit version of Windows on my system that I am still dealing with. He has gone dark in my requests for a fix.

Scheduled Glen to come in at noon the next day to install an Ethernet cable. He called about an hour before the appointment saying he could come be there within a few minutes. That worked out just fine. He came in and quickly did the job. Very polite. Got the job done.

Glen came the following day after I sent Guardian an email thru Angie's list. He took my laptop offsite after running some initial diagnostics. The problem turned out to be a bad secondary drive, which Glen determined within an hour. He recommended I replace with a solid state drive that he was able to get locally. I was up & running within 4 hours. Glen knows what he's doing & has his bag of tricks (CDs) to determine the problem. I will use him again if I have a problem & recommend him to anybody that needs his services.

Took computer to his shop...returned it in less than a week. I used him a second time, but he used counterfeit software.

Glen was outstanding. Easy to talk to and explains everything, so that you are not left in the dark when his work is done. He was able to figure out the problem we were experiencing quickly and was very thorough to ensure everything was working properly. We went from having four wifi access points, to only needing two once Glen was done. Now our wifi is great all over the house and the cameras are solid. Would def recommend Glen to my friends and family.

Glen arrived early, spent 90 minutes to insure I understood what he was doing. Only charged for an hour. Very knowledgeable, personable, competent. Would use again and recommend to anyone.
