Fantasic. Everything was done to my exact specifications, with some very good suggestions as to how to make it all even better re how it works. I have had ok experiences in the past, as well as awful. So it was a gift to have everything I wanted done actually completed with 100% accuracy and success, I understood early into his visit, his goal was to accomplish what needed to be done, with best solutions, and a genuine interest in fulfilling my needs. He suggested a few cables needed which I did not have. He had them, and his price for these supplies was absolutely reasonable. So in summing it up, I was provided top level service by a pro who is honorable and equitable, as well as really great at what he does. Everything is back to normal thanks to Glen

We called Glen late on a Friday afternoon and, as luck would have it, he was close by. He came within twenty minutes and immediately began solving our problems. There were many problems impacting computers, printers, and scanners that were interconnected and causing us major frustration. In less than two hours, Glen had put everything in excellent working order. Glen was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable about the hardware, software, and wireless and wired network.

I brought the laptop to him early in the morning and he pulled the essay and emailed it to her. He backed up all the data and he even called Lenovo, who was no help when my daughter tried on her own to speak to them. They are now replacing the motherboard under warranty. I couldn't have done any of that without Glen. THANK YOU! And Angies List for helping me to find you. I'm sorry about the person with the bad review, I don't know what happened there. but I'm so glad I took the chance He's Amazing!

He was very efficient and I felt he worked diligently. He called he would be about 15min late, which I note as a good thing as commute delays can happen but some do not advise. I appreciated the update. He's professional. I would use his services again.

I have had Glen do work on my computer system once before, and his work then was exceptional!! He even returned to my house to correct one small thing long after his initial visit, free of charge. It went amazingly well this time too!!!!! It only took Glen only about 7 or 8 minutes to replace the two APC backup batteries that over time had died. I was all prepared for him to be finished, when he said to me, "well, Artie, you're paying me for 30 minutes of my services, so why don't we take a look at your system and see how things are going?? I remember we did some pretty extensive work the last time I was here, I think we added disk drives and created a back up system. Lets look at how it's working now." He proceeded to run the back up system and I also showed him my new portable external hard drive, which he also said he would use as an additional back up, because there were viruses out there that could corrupt all the internal drives I have. So he downloaded necessary software and had my two backups going at the same time!! He did tell me that it would take quite a long time for everything to complete, and not to shut off the PC. I didn't, and by the next day everything was backed up. I was thrilled and he was fabulous!!! The price he charged me included the cost of the two replacement backup batteries. I promise you, I would recommend him to everyone!!!

On Thurs. night I shut down my computer as I always do. When I turned it on the following morning I got a black screen and flashing cursor. It looked as though Windows couldn't load. I tried rebooting several times, unplugging, etc. and nothing changed. I put a call into the last computer guy who did work for me but didn't learn until Sat. that he was unavailable. I called Glen at Guardian on Sun. after reading his credentials and reviews on Angie's List. According to his info he was "open" on Sun. but I didn't hear back from him that day. I was desperate to get up and running as soon as possible so I reached out to ANOTHER friend who had been my computer go to guy years ago. Although he was now "retired" from that business he sensed the urgency and came by Sun. night. He took the hard drive home to run a scan, etc. but was unable to fix it. He returned it on Tues. morning and just at that time Glen finally called me back. I answered the call and told him I would get right back to him as someone was at my door. My friend agreed to talk to Glen on the phone to explain in computer speak what he had initially found. I called Glen back but got no answer and had to leave a message. He never called back. The last time I called again late that afternoon I asked could he just please get back to me. At that point I was really annoyed that someone couldn't at least have the courtesy to return a phone call even if it was to say he didn't have time to do anything for me. On the message I reminded him that I found him on Angie's List and would be writing a review on this experience. I don't like to say negative things about people. Everyone I have hired from Angie's List has been wonderful so it was really a surprise and disappointment that he couldn't take a minute and return my phone call. I think it was obvious that I really needed some help. I completely understand that people are busy but I do not think I was being unrealistic from Sun. to Tues. evening to at least expect a return call. As I said he has good credentials and good reviews but he sure let me down.

Glen(Guardian) should be your go to guy if you are tech challenged like myself. How did it go?? Read above... Extremely satisfied and have and will use again and again.... Don't aggravate yourself...call Guardian

Glen Hart is an exceptional technician and business person with top notch customer service. He is always on time, focused, calm, and efficient. Glen works extremely well with other providers, and always makes sure everything is working as it should be for that phase -- never leaves us until we are comfortable with the status. He works quickly without being rushed, intrusive or sacrificing quality of work. Invoicing is clearly itemized and accurate. Glen is our "go to" IT person for all our company needs.

Because I work from home during regular business hours, Glen suggested Sunday morning and was prompt, efficient and helpful. He explained what he was doing and also spent a few minutes running a cleaning program and removing unused programs from the Start menu. His pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely call him for any computer-related assistance and have referred him to 2 people so far.

He found the problem by going into the control panel and uninstalling a security program that was creating the lock-up, He installed security program that solved the problem.

Responded quickly to my call & set up an in-house appointment. They diagnosed bad hard drive. They replaced it with a new one plus reinstalled all my software, printer & network access. Very knowledgeable & provided excellent service. Fast, efficient & comprehensive repair services. Glen is easy to work with & does what he says he will. Actually delivered my laptop back earlier than I expected.

Excellent. Even just describing the problem to him over the phone, Glen seemed to know exactly what it would take to fix the problem. He showed up when scheduled, fixed the problem, and streamlined the clutter in my computer system. Turns out is was a bad antivirus update that got stuck. He spent longer than the time quoted, but still only charged the quote amount. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would definitely recommend his service to anyone.

Glen identified the problem, installed new hardware to fix it, and charged a very fair price. He even got my two printers to work on the network. Definitely someone I would use again.

Glen has a program that lets him work at home on your computer to fix the problem. It took him several days to get everything fixed, but he did a thorough job. The computer is working great. Glen is the best. I wouldn't trust my computer to anyone else. He is very patient, gets to the problem, and gets the job done.
