Josh came into our home and explained very clearly what he was going to do. He also explained to us his price policies very clearly. He explained his guarantee and when he will come back to service us again. Overall he has a very pleasant personality and an excellent businessman.

We hired Guarantee Floridian about six months ago for our office. We wanted to hire them for our house as well but their cost was through the roof. At least double of what other companies cost. So we hired them to spray our office. Since we are a doctors office we requested that they not spray inside, and only do the outside areas. Our office is 950 square feet and we have a small back door and a front door. For spraying these two small areas they are charging us $55 a quarter. They are very nice and agree to come on Thursdays when our office is closed, but they never leave any notification that they have been to our office. So we pretty much have to take them for their word. On the plus side they are very nice and very professional. I just believe that the cost does not justify the service. We are switching to another company that has a wonderful reputation, is very professional and is more cost friendly. With this new company we can now have pest control at our house again because we don't like using two different companies. Too much paper work.

I have been using them for a long time. They have been ok but lately I have begun to wonder if they have been spraying. Lately I have not seen them but I have been seeing some bugs. They may be worth giving a try but just monitor the situation.

The inspector came promptly, after calling to inform me of the time of his arrival. He proceeded to examine every area of potential termite activity, including corners, baseboards, and the attic. I was able to ask questions while he was doing his job. He seemed to enjoy answering my questions and provided valuable information, advice, and hints. Fortunately, only ants were found (to my relief). The inspector provided his business card and invited me to email photos of any suspicious insect activity. I plan to continue the yearly contract The inspector also explained that the cost is increasing every year because I am several years away from the tenting and the cost of chemicals has increased in the past few years.

I have been on an every two months contract. They have multiple offices in Palm Beach. They are very reliable and very personable. They have a strong customer service work effect. I also used them when I was working in an office. I think they are one of the best. They come out every other month.
