+ -1 moreGreat work. Andres, the owner, was on-site overseeing the work. He checked in with me through all stages of landscape project to make sure expectations were met and I was happy. Followed through, on time and professional.
Description of Work: Remove overgrown plant material, dig drainage trench around screened-in porch, refresh landscape with new plant, mulch and rocks, and trim back trees.

+ 2 moreAndres was so responsive. I joined Angie's List at 8am, emailed Green Land Design at 830 and received a response at 834. Really. Andres and his crew arrived a few hours later and completed the entire job the same day. I have hired them as my lawn maintenance provider. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Cleaned out old shrubs, weeds, tree trimming, mowing, new plant installation and mulch.

+ 0 moreThe work was delayed due to heavy rains of storm Chantal over the weekend, but Andres called me and informed me of the reason for the delay and promised to complete the work the next day. And he kept his promise. He showed up on time and the work was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. Although my initial interaction with Green Land was to bring the garden up to par, I was so impressed with the work and the integrity of Andres, I have retained his business as my landscaper going forward.
Description of Work: Andres and his Green Land Design team were tasked with cleaning up my garden -- front and back yards that had overgrown under the mismanagement and neglect of my prior landscaper. They cut the lawn, trimmed the hedges, shaped all of the robellini palms, sprayed for weeds and cleaned up all the flower beds. The cost of service was for all this work and it was a bargain for the sheer amount and time involved.

+ 1 moreFrom start to finish the process was easy and I am very pleased with the outcome of the job.
Description of Work: I have a large yard that had been used for horses by the previous owners. All the barns, stalls, concrete, and other misc. had to be taken down. More then half of the yard also had to be filled, sodded, and a sprinkler system installed. Green Land Design did an outstanding job on a very large project. A written estimate was given and their word was held to what they promised to do. They were punctual, neat, and very professional. The job stayed on budget with no surprises and was completed on time, if you can believe that! Green Land also does the regular maintenance of the yard and carries the same high standards that the large job did. I would highly recommend them for anyone needing work done.

+ 0 moreAndres Rodriguez with Greenland Designs came to our home at the time of the scheduled appointment. He provided an estimate for having a screened patio installed from start to finish. He explained the process of what needed to be done and the estimated time frame. First day of the job, the area was prepped for the concrete. Day 2 the concrete was poured. We ordered the inspection. Day 3 and 4 patio installation and completion.
Description of Work: Andres Rodriguez with Greenland Designs poured concrete and installed a covered screened patio. He was prompt, professional, and trustworthy. The job took a few days to complete. We were very pleased with the services provided. We will definitely refer Greenland Designs to neighbors and friends.
