He was fast and friendly and great!

Eddie is an excellent handyman - in fact, we have used him several times because we like his professionalism, promptness, and the quality of his work. We will use him for all future handyman services.

I made a call after checking the website. Website indicated that that they did tile work. I thought that a good handyman would be the best fit. Ed was completely uninterested in the job or even in providing an estimate for the work. Was not very professional on the call. He may or may not do good work. I guess that I will never know.

Eddie responded quickly. Hewas prompt, and did a neat job, setting up the plywood so it would be easy to be installed when needed. His prices are reasonable! I was very satisfied with his work

It went great. Eddie was on time, quick, and took time afterwards to discuss a future job,

Job was cancelled. I will look for a qualified professional to do the job that I feel comfortable with and does not have an attitude and requires cash only. I also prefer a contractor that is licensed,bonded and insured,which states he is not according to your own listing. Job was scheduled for 10/5/17 but was cancelled.

Eddie responded to my call quickly and scheduled the work promptly. He showed up 15 minutes early and got right to work. He made very fast progress in the morning and I texted my fiancee to let her know that he was doing a good job. As soon as it got later in the day and it got hot he slowed down (understandable to a point) and he started complaining. He let me know that the screws were tightened too much over and over. His wingnut drill but broke and I felt bad so I gave him mine to finish the job and to keep since he uses it for his livelihood and I do not. He did not say thank you. He expected me to do that. I lent a hand to help on the larger shutters (getting hurt in the process when some of them fell on my leg - he said "geez what did you do to your leg" when he saw it). Around lunch time he took a short break. He asked if I had any Gatorade which I didn't but I gave him an ice cold 50 oz bottle of electrolyte water. He complained that he didn't have lunch yet and he was fading. I told him to go to lunch or even stop for the day and come back another day. I told him it doesn't have to be finished in 1 day. At this point I could tell he made up his mind that he didn't like the job. After I offered for him to go to lunch or even so for the day he did maybe 15 more minutes of work and then asked if I could put in the bolts for a big French door. They were laying on the ground and he pointed at them. I didn't want to do it, but I still felt bad so I said yes. I signed myself up to put in the 30 or so bolts laying on the ground that he didn't get to. I helped him out the rest of the shutters on the hooks in the garage and then I paid him and we both left the house. I came back today (2 days later) to find that he didn't screw in ANY of the bolts. I texted asking if he realized that he didn't finish the job and he said "Yes I ask you if you would put them in and you said you would remember." Then he blamed it on the fact that I was in a rush to leave and that is why he didn't finish. It is true. I had to leave as it was Wednesday afternoon and I was supposed to be at work. But he doesn't need me sitting there while he screws in bolts on the exterior of my house. The shutters were all put away so I could have locked up and left him to finish. By texting him today I was giving him an opportunity to make good on his work. Instead he came at me with excuses. He said "you never told me to screw them back in all the way." I suppose I did not say that, but how can you leave a house behind with bolts sticking out above and below every window? I let him know that I would have to leave negative feedback and I didn't want it to come as a surprise to him. He told me I am being petty for complaining about "a few screws." I just went out and counted... there are 268 screws that were not put back in the house. And while counting I realized he never took down one large window. I feel I was very nice to him throughout the process. I didn't negotiate him down from his fee. I even helped and ended up hurting myself because of it. I could have hurt myself and not paid $340. I would not recommend Eddie and I hope this review helps others to avoid how I feel right now.

He came very quickly, closed them, even secured one of my accordion hurricane shutters that was not working. Very helpful and pleased.

Eddie was punctual and reliable. All work done was finished satisfactorily. I would hire again.

On time, went to Home Depot with the wife for the door. On time, on budget. Can be trusted. Would use. again.

Eddie did a great job. He's punctual, professional and the work was all top notch. Highly recommended!

It was good I used Eddie. Both windows and the shades had fitting issues. He had to use his own nails etc, and had to work around the window frame issues, but managed to install them anyway, and they look great. He arrived as scheduled and I would use him again.

Ed arrived on time, we had agreed on a price over the phone of $160.00 for the job. Once the fixtures were removed, as with any old house, it was determined the area around the fixtures needed patch work. Ed did not have the material needed to perform this task. I sent him off to home depot for mud, which i paid for. He was gone all of 20 minutes. I know this because i had to leave to get cash to pay him which took me the same amount of time. Upon his return it was discussed that painting would need to be done as well after the holes were patched. We agreed on a price of $100.00 per entire bathroom and at that time he informed me that I now owed him $40.00 for the patchwork. Which in many cases should have been included in his original fee quote. None the less i agreed to pay him an additional $240.00 to complete the job. I paid him $160.00 on the 1st day with the remaining $240.00 due upon completion. After discussing with my husband it was determined that the entire bathrooms did not need to be painted just the area around the light fixtures. I called Ed to renegotiate the price, which we concluded would be $140.00 to sand and paint the area and install the lights. Remember I have already paid him $160.00 to install the lights. When he showed up the next day I could tell right away he had a boulder on his shoulder. I told him i would leave the $140.00 on the table and that is when he stated that it wasn't enough and that I owed him an additional $80.00 for his time the previous day. At this point i get upset because I am not sure what I am paying for. Is it by the job or by the hour? Does the job include all that needs to be done to complete it or is every little nuance additional? Completely upset now i demand he get out of my house with a few choice words. In a nut shell I paid him 160.00 dollars to remove two lights and fill in the holes. I agreed to pay him a total of $300.00 for the entire job and he felt that wasn't enough. At thus point the job is not complete and i have to hire someone else to come in to finish it. Ed's pricing practice is very unethical. Thanks for nothing!!!

Great! Eddie picked up the phone the first time I called, and the first time he was so professional and good to his word, we used him again for other projects around the house! Honest, trustworthy, and does the job exactly how you want it done the first time! Definitely recommend and we will continue to use Eddie in the future

Mr. Stepanek is a professional handyman. He was on time, worked hard and did a wonderful job. We will continue to use him as our "handyman of record".

Eddie was easy to work with, very reasonable fees, and did an amazing job with everything he worked on. Quick but thorough. Very pleased and would definitely recommend.

It was a great experience, quick and painless.

He came right on time, took off the old rotted wood, assessed the damage and exactly what materials would be needed. We went to Home Depot, I bought the materials, (wood, paint, ant spray and caulk). He finished the job that day, was very efficient and obviously has had a lot of experience doing his trade. He put new siding on, matched the look of the area with the trim. He also caulked and painted the repaired area. Its better built now than the old area was - it looks like new! He also told me how to keep it maintained. The whole procedure took about 6-7 hrs. My impression of Eddie is that he's a straight-up guy, honest and hard working.

I had more than 20 pieces of art to be hung and a bathtub that needed recaulking - Eddie was so great at everything - made sure I was happy with every placement and was so helpful to give tips on options.

Great! I purchased a new ceiling fan and smoke detectors. Eddie did a little research and discovered I didn't need a new fan. He repaired and I returned the fan. Eddie is punctual, courteous and reasonable, he will soon be painting my house.

When an alarm starts to chirp, it can drive you crazy. This one was at least 10 feet high. Eddie was going to be in my area and was able to work me in the schedule. He was prompt , friendly and courteous, and I felt the price was fair. We also discussed a future project, replacing a backsplash in the kitchen.

What can I say. Eddie knows his stuff; passionate about his work, gives great advice, good price, does his best to finish the job as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality, and overall a genuine human being. I've already hired him a total of 3 times and will continue to do so in the future.

Eddie did a very good job with everything. He did not rush through it and made sure it was done right.

He was absolutely fantastic! It was excellent, my wife felt the same way. We will be calling him later this week for future work. He was very personable, we would be glad to have him in our home at any time. He was very efficient and knowledgeable and reasonably priced for the quality of work that he did.
