Description of Work: I had numerous jobs for a handyman. Eddie didn't feel it was worth his time to look at the jobs because I asked for a guesstimate of hours since he charged hourly. I wanted to set up an appointment for him to look at the jobs. I did not get a favorable phone impression.

Description of Work: I was charged $230, $80 for the sparkle which he refused to return to smooth hit out the told me when I called hi he did not work for free.He was very combative wanted only cash when I refused he wanted my check made out to cash.He also did not have an invoice with the work done and the charges,I hd to insist giving him a sheet o paper where he wrote Install2 med cabinets $50 which I later found out was put in where the door with the mirror faces the wallI I can not see out of them.Paint2 doors $100 with the paint left on the lock fixture. I also had to ask him to use a drop cloth he was using my rug that was in the garage.Mud work $ 80 which is the sparkle I referred to,then I asked him to sign it.I uses because i was black he did mot want my check which he cashed with no difficulty the same day.His print out says payment option check,Licensed N/A so I take it he does not have one.I had to sand down the mud myself.

Description of Work: Eddie was really nice .I texted him a list of things I needed to have done around the house :lock changes on three doors ,a sink disposal that was clogged ,and two bathrooms that needed to have the caulk removed and then re-caulked. He finished everything within four hours and was very professional
