Excellent. All work was done above and beyond expectations. The first job was cleaning the carpet in our 40-person office, The owners (husband and wife) came in on a Saturday and stayed all day and removed years of stains, putting in extra effort to get rid of the tough stains. In our home, they cleaned 14 rugs, including expensive and old orientals. They got all the rugs out from under beds and dressers and dining tables, cleaned them very well, then put them all back exactly where they had been (they put painter's tape on the floor so that there was no guessing where to place them), The carpet and rugs dried quickly, which was much better than other cleaning methods where the rugs are drenched. There was no damage to the rugs, colors were brighter, and years of dog fur and dander were removed. They did all the heavy lifting and even helped put antique furniture back together. (heavy marble tops, leaves into the dining table). They called 10 minutes before they arrived and they were always on time. Pricing was reasonable and vastly less expensive than if I had sent the orientals out to be cleaned. The owners do all the work and are very conscientious. The owner gave me all the details about the products he used and I checked them out online, and they are all safe for children and dogs, which was a major concern for me.

I was moving out of my townhouse and wanted to have the carpets cleaned prior to sale. They did a wonderful job.

There were numerous stains on the carpeting in all the rooms, most of them from my cat vomiting. I had my doubts about how well the cleaning would work, but Chris came in, got to work and removed EVERY STAIN I had. The carpeting is in beautiful condition again. Chris is the very professional and pleasant owner of this company and has an oldfashioned work ethic. He takes his time and does the job right. He even cleaned my baseboards for me by hand, and I have never had any other carpet cleaning service do that!

Our wonderful experience with Dry Solutions began with the ease of scheduling with Jane who is very pleasant and accommodating. Exactly at the scheduled appointment time in walked Chris, a dynamo!! Chris never stopped deep cleaning and smiling until the entire house was sparkling to perfection--every corner, every grout line!!! It really does sparkle with that clean fresh scent. Chris and company were amazing to work with from scheduling the service, pricing the job, and performing the cleanings. My furniture is a light beige set and the edges were soiled where a pet tends to brush up against the corners. It looks brand new and is now protected from potential dirt and stains. The rug and carpet came out great, and when additional spots surfaced on the carpet as it dried, Chris came back for free to remove them. I highly recommend them!

3/7/2017.....Excellent. We purchased a new condo here in So. Fla. We had a bedroom carpet that was in bad shape. Painter, contractors, etc. The job was excellent. Better than expected. My phone calls were always returned promptly, & very courteous. The guy showed up (Chris) who was very careful about the walls (newly painted) Did a great job. Cleaned everything up. On a personal note, he was a really nice person to deal with. Definitly would use again. THANK YOU GUYS. GREAT JOB!!!

Chris came and did an estimate we agreed and set the date. I had no experience with cleaning such large draperies but I had confidence in Chris. He arrived at 9:00am the scheduled time he suggested to start in the bedroom so it would have time for the air to clear before we used the room. He was sensitive to my husbands breathing problems. Chris worked diligently from 9:00am he moved furniture and anything that was in the area he was working, he was very neat. Everything was replaced where he found it he never rushed and he finished up about 4:00pm. The draperies look like new the color came back vibrant even the lining looks new. Chris did a great job!

I paid up front through Angies List, but no one ever contacted me to set up a service date. Four days later I called the company but got voice mail. I left a nice message but my call wasn't ever returned. I called three days later and again, got voice mail so left ANOTHER MESSAGE. Two days after that, someone called and said there was a problem with the system and it was an Angies List problem. Yet she couldn't explain why my two calls weren't answered or returned in a timely fashion. So maybe I just fell through the cracks, but I don't have time to waste on a company that doesn't return customer calls.

He was great and did a very good job.

Chris called before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. He was very friendly and professional. But best of all was that our carpets now look fantastic! Chris is a man who takes pride in his work. I am very happy that I chose Dry Solutions to clean my carpets and will definitely use them again.

Price was fair, hard worker and cooperative. Very nice, did a heck of a job! I would recommend him! Showed up right on time.

Quality, Prompt, Professional, and with Excellent prices. Dry Solutions is the only carpet cleaner I would recommend in the South Florida area. Since it is family owned and operated, you can count on their friendly service to respond quickly in an emergency or just an annual cleaning. They arrive on time and do an excellent job. I have had some terrible stains and Chris always gets them out. When he leaves the carpet looks new again. I have been using them for years and have recommended them to family and friends, who were also impressed with the work they did for a fair price.

Provider gave me an estimate over the phone that was in line with the end cost. Called me to let me know he was on the way and arrived on time. He was very friendly and helpful in moving furniture and helping me put it back in place too. I think I found my carpet cleaning guy for life! Really felt like I was an important customer from start to finish and will definitely continue using him going forward! Thanks for beautiful clean carpets!!! :-)

I have been using Chris since my neighbor recommended him six years ago. As usual, Chris arrived on time, set up his equipment and did a fantastic job at a fair price.

The carpet was badly stained. Chris called me to verify the time he would arrive. His process removed all the stains. The carpet looks great, without water so the carpet dried much faster than other cleaners who use water and soak the carpet.

Extremely satisfied, best carpet cleaning service ever! Chris was professional, knowledgeable & personable. Carpets look great! Got an estimate to have my tile & grout floor cleaned, which I will do in the near future. I had my carpets cleaned in traffic areas only, did not move furniture. I highly recommend this company! First: They answer the phone! No voice mail & call back later! I was able to make an appointment with one phone call. Very professional! Gave me name of person who would be coming to clean my carpet. Chris called when he was on the way and arrived on time. Extremely professional! Carried my old rusty file cabinet downstairs to my garage. Got the "rust" stain out of the carpet along with all the other dirt, stains & pet odors! Measured upon arrival to verify the cost estimate given over the phone. It was a bit less than estimate. There is no mess or fuss with "Dry Solutions!" No strong chemical odors. Also, baseboards were cleaned! I will be calling Dry Solutions again!

Chris is wonderful. ?He will stop at nothing to get a stain out of carpet. ?I've been using them for a few years. ?He has also done tile and upholstery cleaning. ?He really cares.

He is cheerful and does a wonderful job. He is not lazy;he tries very hard to get stains out. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anybody. Reasonably priced.

I HAVE USED THEM BEFORE. THEY CAME TO DO THE JOB WHEN I WAS NOT AT HOME SO WE HAD TO RESCHEDULE. THEY DID NOT CLEAN IT TO MY SATISFACTION. THEY DID NOT SPEND ENOUGH TIME IN THE AREAS WHERE PEOPLE WALKED AND IT SHOWED. I WAS NOT PLEASED WITH THEM.

THEY HAVE A VERY GOOD SERVICE. THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. MY WIFE POINTED OUT A SPOT THEY MISSED AND THEY KEPT CLEANING IT UNTIL THEY GOT IT OUT. FOR EVERYTHING THEY CLEANED, THE PRICE WAS PRETTY CHEAP.

DRY SOLUTIONS DID A GOOD JOB AT GETTING OUR CARPETS CLEAN. THE CARPET IS ABOUT SIX YEARS OLD AND THEY REALLY MADE IT LOOK GREAT. THEY DID THE WHOLE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER.
