Description of Work: The provider came to inspect the problem with the mixing valve in my shower. He wanted to charge $150 to simply LOCATE the part, but had already acknowledged that it was a Glazier Bay, Home Depot product. I refused to pay $150 just to locate the part when I told him exactly where to find it. He took a $100 deposit and my shower handle with him and then I didn't hear back. This was June 13th. July 13th, I called him 3 times and he hung up on me. The 4th time I yelled at him not to hang up and he finally answered me and admitted he had lost the handle. I asked for my money back and he got nasty and said no.
