I found Don on Angie's List and saw he had some good reviews. I even mentioned that to him over the phone and we set up an appointment to meet at my house. Don never showed and never called to say he would be a no show. I finished work early just to meet him at 6pm. I waited until 6:20pm and called Don on the phone. He answered and when I said who I was and asked if he was planning on coming for our confirmed appointment. He simply no I won't be able to make it. What really bothers me about this is this guy knew we had the appointment. He knew who I was and why I was calling the moment we spoke. It is one thing to forget about an appointment and make an honest a mistake. Totally another to just knowingly blow it off and not have the courtesy of my time and call to cancel. Totally inconsiderate and says a lot about his character or at least his character with me. I know nothing of his work since he never did anything for me. I give him a D and not an F since I don't know anything about his work.

I was very pleased with his work, He was pleasant and courteous, He showed up exactly when he said he would, removed the old door and frame, Cleaned up the door jam and removed all the old rotted wood and replaced it with new, installed the new door and frame, Insolated the whole thing (which has never been done before) and replaced the lock and dead bolt, after he was finished ( in less than 3 hours) He informed me that some of the parts he needed to complete the job were on sale, so he passed the savings on to me.I would highly recommend Don to anyone Who needs handyman services.

Great repair work recently! Both price and performance. Major remodel work with Don Beatty 3 years ago. He was and is, very responsible and his attention to detail is superb. My work was finished in a very timely manner. I could go on and on. I was also very comfortable with Don having a key to my home during the entire process. Strong recommendation in all aspects of this project.
