I called this morning and Eric came right out even though it was not an emergency. He was very thorough and professional, explained what he was doing and what I could expect to happen in the next week. He also told me to call anytime if I see any pests in the house before his next visit. I also appreciated that he kept his mask on while in the house and wore booties over his shoes as well as was very friendly and personable. Hopefully I don't see any more pests.
