COOL ADVICE

They came when called. When something goes wrong they should fix it rather than tell me there is no repair which is one of the things they did to lose my following. They kept it going for quite a few years. Their responsiveness is good. They showed up when they said they would.

I have a contract with them and they come twice a year. They came out and fixed it a problem with the unit. It was a problem from the manufacturer. They were here on time and they were excellent. They call me and remind me. They are good at scheduling and they give me options. I get to pick the time and they are always here when they say they will. They clean up and 2 years ago they replaced a unit and hauled out everything. I had to buy the part and they installed it for free because it was under warranty. I have always been extremely happy with them and their price is reasonable. They are very reputable and upfront with the customer. I see no reason to change.

Crap work. Left a bad wire in after doing unnecessary work and replacing unnecessary parts. This of course burnt out less then a month later. Could not get them to respond in timely matter when temps were in high 80s. I had to pay another company to replace their faulty wire.

Serviceman (Les) was on time and professional, as usual. System was completely checked out

The owner came out and gave us a free service call because the previous owner of my home had a contract with them that had expired and they like to offer extended services to new people in the home.
