I worked for this component day, they only have ONE tech and the rest are family and helpers that cannot do AC. I told Esther about an install that her company subcontracted out that was poorly done no lineset covers above ceiling, no plugs on secondary drain from pan and she just wanted the job patched up so she did not have to worry about it after the year contract was up. Then she sent me to a ductwork job to do 4 returns and I let them know we needed more materials, she wanted the job done with what was there and NOT what she charged the Owner for. So I quit due to my personal integrity and not allowing a hack job to be done by me. She had Anderson drop me off at a shopping mall and I refused till she came and got me or he took me to the shop. She called the cops and they said they cannot do anything, but I still let him leave and called an Uber to the shop. Then her husband who knows NOTHING about ac responded to my texts and he said I will not be paid. I reported them to Zoning and Permit office in Lake Worth for an install they did with no permit, which they do a lot because they have a hard time passing due to sub par work. Then the send me a Zell for my check for 10$ hr, photos enclosed. Esther claims to have 20 year in ac yet did not Know what simple things are that we’re requested to complete the duct job. If she has 20 years in ac how does she only have ONE technician and the rest family that are helpers? This company is a scam and only wants to get you to sign contract and give them money for sub par work. USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
