Cohen’s Restriction were fantastic. Our complex was hit by a major rainstorm while we were having a new roof put on our building. Leaks started to appear and roofer called in the Cohen team. The moisture elimination team was lead by Tyler with his right hand man Cecil. They were a great group and Tyler was excellent at keeping us appraised of the process. He would communicate when dropping by: For setting up, taking readings and breaking down the equipment. I greatly appreciated his communication skills!

Cohens Restoration did a fantastic job, I would definitely use them again. They kept me updated throughout the entire job, they did everything they promised to do and the work was excellent. I highly recommend using them.

I strongly recommend Cohen Restoration to anyone needing mold remediation and reconstruction work. Both Moshe and Liore Cohen personally inspected the damage and immediately gave me a step-by-step description of what needed to be done and how much each step would cost. Moshe then provided me with a written cost estimate that provide far more detail than any of the estimates provided by other companies. Moshe gave personal attention to the project either by working along side his crew or inspecting their work on a daily basis. The final results were far better than I had expected and the initial cost estimate proved accurate. I cannot say it enough. If you need mold remediation and reconstruction work your first call should be to Cohen Restoration.

I’ve just had Cohen restoration do an absolutely great job for me on 2 rooms that were destroyed by water leaks with terrible mold. They were great to work with, did more than was asked without complaint. They had great people for drywall baseboard and painting. I can recommend very highly and would use them again in an instant.

My roof recently leaked causing extensive damage to my walls and ceilings. Moshe lead me throughout the entire process of rectifying the damage, working with my insurance company and ensuring me that all will work out (which it most certainly did). I ask many questions and tend to be skeptical in relinquishing control.
