Pete, the owner, was the last paiting contractor I interviewed and got a quote from. Talk about saving the best for last!!! What a joy he was to work with. He gave me a quote on the spot and it never deviated by one penny when the job was complete. His men were delightful, hard working, and professional. You could see that they were not just workers but craftsman who took great pride in their work. Claudio number one (there were two Claudio's) was a great forman and kept the job on track and on pace. They weren't just painters but felt that their craft was theri art and I would love to have this team come back to do the exterior of the home. yes, we were so happy with the price and the job that we enagaged their services for the exterior of our home. Everything Pete said they would do his comprehensive quote was spot on. We even had to have some pre-hung doors installed and the painting job wasn't quite finished. Claudio the forman wanted to make sure he finished the job perfectly and will coem back to do it himself even though there will be another crew from this company here doing the exterior of the home and they could easily do it themselves. I do not have enough good things to say about Pete, Certapro, Claudio's one and two and Pedro. This was a great, synergistic team who worked very hard and they were persoanble and perfectionists. Additionally, Certapro provided me with a list of no less than 35 refernces (with phones numbers) for me to call. I was incredibly happy with this organization and it's crew.

Peter, from CertaPro, was excellent to work with in every way. The workers he used were also tops - receptive to our wants and revisions, prompt, professional quality work, and always pleasant and respectful. Very good pricing as well.

I really liked them a lot and they gave me a very fair quote. I would have used their services, but we ended up doing the work ourself. They were very nice and professional. My sister hired them for work and she was very happy with the services.

They were good the first time they came out that is why I called them back. They were efficient. They did what they said they were going to do. They protected my things. They made sure that they were all properly covered. They removed things then placed them back in place. They were thorough. They were very good.

CertaPro was the low bidder of 3 bids (one was WAY higher) and the estimator who visited was the most professional of the three (again, by far). We had set a date, but the estimator called earlier and said that he had an unexpected opening, and would I like the work done sooner. I said yes. The crew of two turned up on time, and did an acceptable job. (They could have been a little more detailed oriented, and they knocked out a louver from my attic vent while pressure washing (easy to do, I've done it myself) and didn't paint and put it back (I don't know how I didn't notice that on my final inspection). Better English skills of the crew would have been nice,

Bad experience if they don't bother to follow up on a customer's call for an estimate.

This is the best painter I have ever used. Very professional and timely. The price was very fair. They did and outstanding job and I will definitely use them again.

They were fantastic. I had several bids. The gentleman that did my bid appeared to be the most professional. He pointed out all the imperfections that needed to be fixed. They also gave me some very good financing for the painting. They were not the most or least expensive; they were in the middle. The guy that came in to do the assessment was very good. They were here early in the morning and cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again.

I arranged to have my elderly father's house painted from across the country and Pete and his crew couldn't have been better. They were easy to work with, friendly, respectful and did a great job. We are scheduling another job in the near future...

Pete the franchise owner is great to work with. The team was on time every day, and worked at times under adverse conditions with multiple contractors in the house. The work product was excellent. I will use them again for my next paint job.

We can't say enough good things about how good these people are. We worked with Pete Fitch's team (met him at the West Palm Beach Home Show). There were a total of three painters - they were extremely helpful, friendly, accommodating, and overall very good professionals. The paint job turned out very, very good. They removed all the wall outlet covers and carefully painted around windows and hardware fixtures. They did a few unsolicited "extras" like removed old paint from the outlet covers, someone fixed our crooked shower door (thank you!!!), caulked around the shower head (that we asked for), and probably other things we haven't even noticed yet. We haven't moved into our new place yet so we had no furniture. But if this is how well they treat an empty place, I would have no qualms about having them paint with furniture around. We felt like they treated our home with respect, as though it were their own home. Peter, who supervises the crew, came by a few times to see how things were going. That made us feel more confident knowing that someone in charge was keeping an eye on things, just in case... He seemed to be on top of everything and they are all communicative, so you always know what's going on too. They used Sherwin Williams paint, which we liked a lot. CertaPro wasn't the cheapest or the most expensive quote. They offer a 12-month no payment, no interest plan, which worked out great for us. You do get what you pay for and with these guys, you feel like you get more. Outstanding quality and professional staff - highly recommended.

Outstanding! The franchise owner, Kelli Smith, was constantly checking the job. She found minor defects that we did not see and had them corrected. We contracted to include polishing an existing large Venetian plaster wall, for a nominal amount, but when the poilshing lightened the color severely, she had the entire wall totally refinshed at no charge. If you are familiar with Venetian plaster, you know it is a very time consuming and expensive procedure. Kelli and all of her employees were a pleasure to work with, and the price was very reasonable with no surprises at the end.

Of all the companies we interviewed for our residence, CertaPro provided the most professional, easy-to-understand estimate, in an iron-clad guarantee. While not the least expensive, their added value, timeliness, professionalism and willingness to please is not only refreshing - but seemingly absent in nearly every other contractor we've used in the 40+ years we've been in South Florida. By way of example, the stain originally applied to our driveway began to bubble up after only one month. CertaPro identified a poor product mix and came back at their expense not once - but twice - to remedy the issue with the Manufacturer's Senior Executive in tow. They stood by their product and service, and this is why I'm compelled to share this unique experience. Too, the workmanship - both thorough and friendly - was superlative. Each day, prior to and post work, we received telephone calls informing us of the start time, end time and whether or not we had specific needs or questions. The workman were extremely clean and thoughtful - and because we work out of our home, they made special arrangements to work around OUR schedule and use of the residence so as not to interrupt daily traffic flow in and out of our business. I know I sound like a commercial for CertaPro, but to be completely honest, I had no idea that the company even existed. My neighbors had recommended other "trusted" sources - all of whom appeared to provide professional service. I only learned of CertaPro near the end of our search due to a mailer I received and I can not emphasize enough how please we were (and our neighbors, for that matter) with their service, attention to detail, and willingness to please.
