Brazilian Granite Fabricator

We could not be happier! Everyone at this business was so professional, helpful and friendly. They really took their time to make sure everything was just the way we wanted it with the templates on our granite and the gentlemen who installed the granite, Fredy and his partner (sorry did not get his name) could not have been more professional and polite. Additionally, their work was excellent! Their expertise and experience definitely shows in their work.

It came out beautifully with no stress during construction. The guys working on time with very distinction details. I'm very satisfied with this company, Brazilian Granite, and they carry a great marble and granite quality. My kitchen looks so nice, thanks guys! You all made a excellent job!

I could not be happier with the services performed. I had hired their services years ago for a former home and was not disappointed. They have maintained their professionalism over the years. Fernando is kind and very professional. I chose my slabs in their showroom and I got the pieces I had chosen. The installation was done on the agreed date. They did it quickly and left no dirt behind. They were very professional. I would certainly use their services again and highly recommend the company.

We had 4 bathroom countertops and two kitchaen countertops installed in 2 properties. I can only say great things about the service: excellent price, selection of stones, timely and great installation personnel and results. I wish evrybody in the housing renovation business were like them: honest, professional, respectful and competent.

Fernando, the business owner, is very customer oriented and helpful. Their service was above my expectations. They delivered in a timely fashion. The staff was polite. Their pricing is very competitive and they have the most beautiful stones!!! I really liked that you actually choose your slab and where you want it cut. Being natural materials, granite and marble samples may not look exactly like the piece you get; therefore, once you have made a pre-selection of the samples you like, they will take you to their open air showroom; you will choose the slab you prefer and they will set it aside for you. No surprises during the installation; you will get the stone you have chosen. I have recommended Brasilian Marble to several friends and everybody has been happy.

From the very beginning, I could not have been more pleased. I called Fernando to get a quote to replace my countertops. He came out that day, measured with absolute precision and asked me to come to his yard/shop to chose marble slabs for the job. First, he was very honest about the risk of placing marble in the kitchen. I already knew this was crazy, but I wanted it. Once he realized he had warned me enough, he gracefully let it go. I arrived at his yard and Fernando narrowed my options so I didn't have to walk around forever. He showed me the marble slabs and some granite slabs that were light and bright like marble. I chose the Carrera slab, we worked out the price and I paid for 50% of the job, on a Friday. He told me the job would be installed and completed in a week. I couldn't believe it....a week! Sadly, on Monday, he called to inform me that the slab I chose had crumbled during fabrication and asked me to meet him at his wholesaler. I chose slabs at the wholesaler that I love so much more than the first slabs. A few days later, fernandos installer and team came out to install. Fernando is a fabricator with his own granite/marble yard. He did a beautiful job cutting and the edges are perfect. The installer he uses has been doing stone installations for a long time and you could see by his craftsmanship. I would definitely use Fernando over and over again. I've recommended him to my friends that have been by to see my marble tops. One thing I loved most about Fernando is that he made suggestions and explained everything. For instance, he suggested I do the backsplash in marble too. I would have never thought of it, but once we looked a images of the stone tops and stone backsplash, it was beautiful.

1: English is NOT the language of choice here. 2: No call / No show / no apology. 3: Caulk left on bathroom wall and was told , "this is normal". I had to repaint in spite of being told by Fernando that it would be resolved. 4: Not very flexible on installation. My way or the highway. 5: Installed my bathroom sink crooked. Again, told this was "normal.". 6 Had to replace the grout in the kitchen as it came loose after one week. 7: Fernando never returns messages. 8::Uses subcontractors for installation. Not even their own employees. I paid top price and got mediocre results. There are lots of quality fabricators out there, This is not one of them. RUN from this guy.

Excellent workmanship. Seam blended with granite very well and is not noticeable.

I went to this company after reading about them on Angie's List. Once I walked their yard and met their people I stopped my search. They were absolutely fantastic. It is a family run company that will do everything necessary to make it right. After installation I had a problem with a piece of granite. The owner of the company came to my house and took care of the problem personally with no questions asked. I could not be happier with this company and highly recommend them.

Suggest you change your company name or the description of your company. No complaints---just a clarification for future shoppers

The entire experience was wonderful. I went to their property to look over the granite samples, and Veronica helped me. Firstly, I am happy that the floor tile I had installed in my house has a busy but beautiful flow; but having to find something to compliment it, I went with a limited selection in my head to match what I had in my house. Brazilian Marble's selection is really beautiful, and I would have been there for HOURS trying to decide, if my options at the house could support something a little more "artistic". After I chose my tile, Marcio came out to give me a price quote within a day or so; Alex came a day or so later to create the template; and within a week, the granite was installed by Alex and Mario. Everyone was extremely (and genuinely) friendly and helpful. I just wish I had more places to put granite in my house...just so I could hire them again. Will definitely recommend them out to people - they were an awesome group. If I have the chance, I'll post pictures when the surround is finished being built. It looks amazing so far, and it's not even done! :)

It went well but in the end I was trying to call him back to fix something and any time they came, they just showed up without calling and I work. I told them that they need to call me but they didn’t leave a note or anything. I was upset because they were trying to charge me all this money because they said they came and they said it is not their fault that no one was home. The person that did the job was very nice. The price was pretty good, it was not cheap at least and I chose them because they were an A rated provider. They did a nice job.

Fernando came out and measured our counter tops and back splash. We then met him at the show room, walked through various choices and selected the granite we wanted. Alex came out to complete the template. He came back out 10 days later and completed the install to perfection. Looks absolutely gorgeous

On Monday 2/3/2013 Alex came and measured the vanity. He was professional and respectful . On Thursday the day of delivery and installations there was a mix up on the time and Alex came at 1:30pm instead of the time the appointment. Alex and his helper worked efficient and clean. We are satisfied with of work and have now purchased a granite counter top for our kitchen. It will be installed in two weeks after I complete remodel of kitchen.

The selection of granite was large & the staff was very helpful. They were extremely efficient & came out the next day on time to measure. The whole job was completed from our first visit to the installation in less than two weeks. The new countertop looks great. We would definately recommend them & would use them again.

The employee 's of Brazilian Marble of templated and installing the counter tops in the kitchen and Florida room. We were so pleased with the first installation that we had they do another kitchen counter top of about 90 sq foot. And, we could' be happier.

We are very happy with our purchase and the installation job but did run into delays when it came time to getting it installed which is why they got a B rating from me. They have a hugh selection of countertops and are very friendly. We had a very good salesman who helped us to look around and guided us without trying to push the sale. We went back several times before we finally made up our mind on the color and they were completely understanding. After picking out the color they came out and measured the very same day. The measurer/owner did insist I put down half the cost as down payment which I felt uneasy doing so I used a credit card. I was told the counters would be installed within 4 days. This is where my only complaint begins. The 4th day came and went without anyone contacting me or answering the phone. When I did talk to someone couple days later I was told they could reschedule me another week away. After some wrangling they did show up and complete the job but a week late. This experience isn't uncommon when doing a renovation, expect delays with every contractor involved in your a renovation.

I acted as my own GC for a renovation of our master bath. Brazilian Marble provided me with the granite counter tops. I had a separate tile contractor for the floor, shower and tub surround. Brazilian was great to work with and they made it easy for me to coordinate with the plumber and tile contractors. This is the third time I have used them. They provided me with granite at a previous home for the kitchen and bath. They are a pleasure to work with, very professional and you know exactly your cost up front. Great work at a great price.

Fernando Vitali, the owner of Brazilian Granite came to my house to measure and evaluate the job. He was very responsive to the concerns that I had. I compared his price to other granite fabricators and I got a better price for exotic granite vs. the everyday low grade material. His installers did an excellent job and I am very pleased with the results. In fact, Fernando stopped by my house with one of his staff after the job was completed and fixed a crack in the granite near my kitchen sink. He sure went the extra mile and it was very much appreciated. I am very particular about any work done in my house and I would certainly recommend Fernando to anyone - outstanding job!!!!

Fernando the owner did the measurements and was very prompt and courteous....Marcio the manager worked with us also helping us pick out our slab....both were very helpful, patient and personable........The installation went perfectly also....they were a little late in arriving but not much and did a great job.....We're very happy with the granite that we picked....... We would recommend this company to anyone considering new granite countertops....the company does the fabrication as well as about 1000 slabs to pick from....they even threw in a cutting board..:)

Overall experience was fantastic. My first granite installer bailed out on me. Fernando and his crew stepped in with no problem. They were professional and courteous. My wife and I was nervous because of the price and type of granite. Everything went without a hitch. The granite fabrication came out beautiful and the seams are totally invisible. The bar countertop required two pieces, you cannot see any seam. It was measured perfectly.

Overall this was a very positive experience. Everyone has beautiful stone tomnsell. We looked at several. Brazilian and q provided best price and quickest service. One day after we made our decision they came out, at time promised, and made tjheir template saying it would take about a week. Five days later they called and said they could come the next day, which they did at exactly the time they gave. Work was done quickly and the installers were extremely pleasant to deal with. When the plumber discovered that one fixture would not fit the drilled holes, we called and the next day they came out (again at time .. promised) and took care of the issue in 5 minutes In the past when we had granite done it took months and was one aggravation after another, from people who were far from pleasant. In contrast this was fast, easy, and pleasant with great looking results.

They are pretty good. They are quick and do a good job. They are not super cheap. I have used them twice now.

They did an excellent job and I’ve recommended them to several people. They were very responsive when they came in. They were knowledgeable abut their product as well.
