She is VERY thorough, not afraid of tough jobs or deep cleaning, has a sweet spirit, is a good business woman, communicates often and well, and is very dependable. Can't say enough good things about her or her business.

A Best Maid Service is reliable cleaning service. She arrives on time every time she is scheduled to clean my home. I love how she continues to ask questions about how I want my home cleaned. She is flexible with my demands when I have specific cleaning needs. She offers ideas and solutions when ask and she is very informative with her advice. I am a very demanding employer and I want my home cleaned every week. My home is high maintenance; I have 2 large dogs, 3 cats, 1 guinea pig and 8 people living in my home. The dust and dirt is unending. She listens patiently when I have request and plainly states if she has time to attend my request now or if it will have to wait until the next visit. I have 2 complaints: 1, there isn't enough of her to go around and 2, there are not enough hours in the day for the time I need her here to finish all the jobs I have for her. I wish she had a more flexible schedule but then it would be selfish of me to take that time away from her other clients.
