Theo and the team did a great job removing two Areca palm stumps from my yard. Theo was very responsive and addressed all the needs I had. They removed a few trees around the neighborhood and everyone was satisfied with the work.

I recommend ASAP highly for removal and replacement of damaged trees. I used the BBB quote system, and they were the 1st to respond with an estimate within 3 hours after I sent them a picture of the trees. Mind you, I sent this request late on a Friday. Second, they demonstrated a sense of urgency by providing all of the required documents for my HOA in a timeframe that exceeded my expectations. Finally, they had a cancellation and notified me right away to give me the option of doing the job sooner rather than later. This speaks to their agility and tight communication within the team. For these reasons, I would not hesitate to recommend them for this type of job.

I’ve been extremely happy with ASAP Complete Tree Service. The husband-wife duo who own it and their employees have been nothing but friendly, professional, accessible, and competent since our first interaction. Their prices have been better than average even though their work has been superior. Whether applying mulch, trimming trees, replacing landscaping as determined by my HOA and me, or determining the best landscaping themselves, their work has looked great.

We just hired ASAP and so far we're super pleased with all their work and great communication. It's always a pleasure talking with Theo. After they got done trimming our Palm trees we realized our community had not had them done properly in years.
Their lawn services are great! Theo has brought lawn and tree issues to our attention for us to fix. Their prices are reasonable and not over the top like some companies. Our community looks forward to a long lasting relationship with ASAP.

It was very clear to me that he was not raising his prices and gave us a fair price for the work. Super professional and friendly! They're a family run business and very responsive!

+ -1 moreOverall it went well, project 2 ended up being a much larger effort than originally expected, We understood as you couldn't see two 12' trailers full of concrete and rock... so this ended up costing more than the original estimate. The good news is, as soon as he realized it, he let us know so that we could make that decision. Everything else came with zero surprises, estimates were exactly what we paid and we were happy with the end result.
Description of Work: We have now used ASAP for three major landscaping projects: 1. Circular Driveway island: Had them clean up the island (remove everything around the palm trees), put down weed control, white pea stone and shells on top. It came out better than expected. Theo's suggestion around the pea stone helped keep the cost in control. Looks like a small island beach with palm trees. 2. Remove an overgrown area in the back yard: We actually found out it was a very large waterfall feature that over the years was filled with dirt and plants. Large effort, in the end it was cleared out and new sod was installed. looks great 3. Since we were so pleased with the island, we did the same on the front of the house
