He was on time and explained everything in a professional manner. The work was done quickly and I was happy with the result. The price was a bit high, but that was a result of my decision to do only a small area. A quote was promptly furnished for a larger job down the road.

They made the appointment, came right on time, were professional yet friendly, worked quickly and efficiently. Robert explained how to care for the granite, how long the seal should last. He gave me an immediate estimate for my bathroom vanities that I felt was reasonable and was able to do them also. I was so pleased with the work, I asked for an estimate on my floor tiles, grout cleaning and sealing, which Robert measured and subsequently emailed me the estimate. He left brochures and business cards with me and I have already referred him to two friends.

It was an excellent experience. They took care of the marble in the bathrooms (which was the reason I called them) beautifully. I would definitely recommend them. I have some stains on my shower doors that I have been trying to get rid of unsuccessfully for a couple of years. Based on another reviewer's statement that they had taken care of a similar problem, I asked them to do that as well. Robert had the product he had used previously, but it did not take care of my problem, though he worked hard at it. He did not charge me for the work on the shower doors and I felt he did everything he could have done. I purchased an Angie's List deal for the marble work.

The AMR team was professional and courteous from the start thru completion. They showed up on time, did what they promised and even more. We had glass stains on the shower enclosure that we tried practically everything to remove. Robert did some research and came back the next day and brought the glass to almost new...and at no additional cost. We highly recommend AMR and would use them again for future needs.

Robert was extremely professional on this job from the beginning. He started and finished just as he said he would and did so with minimal disruption to our day to day.First he repaired every crack and imperfection on the floor. He put a lot of time preparing the surface and explained to me every step of the way to have a great and long lasting finish we were looking on the floor He polished the travertine floor to a high gloss finish, which completely revitalized the looks of the house interior. In the kitchen he polished and re-sealed the granite counter top including the island, as well as the travertine walls The master bathroom was a real challenge as it is almost all covered in travertine. It was in really bad shape due to mainly hard water and lack of maintenance. He honed every vertical surface, (the shower has travertine all the way up to 10 feet) and sealed everything We are extremely happy with the quality and price for this job. He was on par with the other three estimates we got, but Robert took the time to explain step by step how to get the best out of our floors, and was very accommodating with our schedule Finally he gave us a cleaning kit and instructions on how to clean/maintain the floor. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent! Professional, courteous and very meticulous about the service they performed. They stayed until they got the job done right and made sure that we were happy before they left! I will use this company again when we are ready to buff all the marble floors in the house! It's a pleasure to work with a company that puts their customers first!
