AES Lighting and Electrical

Im very happy with AES Electrical. They came out and replaced a broken GFCI outlet. They also replaced some old kitchen lights. Their rates we fair and reasonable.

I was very happy about the job. They did more than I asked for and were very nice. They had a great attitude. Everything was fixed properly and the price was right. I will definitely use this company next time.

He was really good. He was able to detect the problem and helped me by recommending that I call a plumber.

The electrician was able to come on Saturday, for only little extra charge. He was little late because of previous job, but kept me updated. When electrician arrived, he found the issue in 15 minutes and fixed it really fast.

Terry responded timely to my initial call and explained everything from the work to be performed to the costs involved. No surprises. Roberto showed up on time and took the time to analyze what was needed and efficiently performed the work. He was neat and cleaned up after himself. I will definitely call them again for my next electrical service needs.

So incredibly nice and prompt, especially so close to Christmas. We ordered the wrong size fans and will definitely call them back to install them.

Perfect! Roberto got to my house promptly. I was informed by Terry, in advance, when to expect him, and Roberto even came to my house sooner than expected. He knew exactly what needed to be done and made me feel relieved that he was so knowlegable. He was done within an hour - he had installed a 220 outlet and added a designated trip switch to the circuit board and repaired an outlet that was pulling away from the wall. He was courteous and polite as was Terry on the phone. I would not hesitate to call them again or to recommend them to others.

At first the responsiveness and conversations with Mr. Stuart seemed to be going well and in par with the positive reviews he has received, until: Mr. Stuart started yelling at me on the phone when I canceled out on the appt. because his electrician was delayed, and I couldn't wait any longer because of another problem in my home, which he was aware of. I could hardly stop his rant. Yeah, I was having a bad day too. I can only wonder if he would speak to man that way. He did try to accommodate me and reschedule after he calmed down, but I recognized that I do not want to do business with him.

They were prompt and on time, great communication. Job was done very well and very pleased with service.

All went very smoothly. Josh was very polite and knew what he was doing. He was also very friendly and put us at ease immediately. He is a very good communicator and made sure we were happy with the results. My chandelier looks awesome and I am so pleased!!! I also stayed within my budget. I am very happy with the service and I will use this electrician again. Also, Terry was very good with phoning me back and answering all my questions. I would use them again and recommend them to friends and neighbors without hesitation.

Terry was very helpful on the phone and within a couple if days, accomodated my schedule with a saturday service. He sent his New employee, Josh, who was terrific. He made the day quite painless.

I was having a new microwave delivered and installed on a set date. With very short notice I became aware that there was no outlet for it. I called AES lighting and electric on short notice. Don came to my home, AFTER HOURS, to inspect the situation knowing my emergency. He explained that he needed to run a new line through existing conduit to the breaker box, and install a dedicated breaker. We agreed on a time 2 days later. They squeezed me into their afternoon schedule. They called beforehand and showed on time. Don and his assistant completed the job with total professionalism. I was set and ready for the delivery and successful installation thanks to their quick response and professional job.

Roberto was very nice and professional. He was very knowledgeable. He explained everythink to me in detail as I wrote it down. I have a step by step instruction on how to hookup our generator, if we need it. He showed up on time. He called ahead to make sure we were expecting him. We would definately use him again for future electrical problems.

Technician came out on time, the day after I called. He quickly diagnosed and corrected problem. I especially liked that he explained what he found as he proceeded with the job. Overall very satisfied.

This was a classic Angies List experience. Called 6/4, wk done 6/5. Right on time, professional and knowledgeable. Had Terry replace a foyer light on a 14 foot ceiling. Fixture is very contemporary-9 down cables,of varying lengths. All had to be shortened, but still keep the spiral look. No problem for Terry,assembled the fixture, worked out the different cable lengths needed etc. Foyer light looks great. Outlet was installed with no issue. Would called again for any work needed.

Mr. Stuart was very professional. He gave me an appointment for the next day after I explained the problem. I wasnt able to be there because my husband and I work and only my 18 year old was available to stay. Mr. Stuart called me once he had found what the problem was and told me what he needed to do to fix it and the price. He went out, bought the necessary parts and came back. The job was done quickly and the problem solved. I was even able to pay him by phone! I am very happy with the outcome. Will definitely call him again.

Terry was on time & reasonably priced. I had another previous electrician incorrectly replace a switch & Terry had to redo his work. He was very thorough and I am completely satisfied with his work. I would highly recommend him & I received a 10% off coupon!

Terry and his assistant Tony were ten minutes earlier than Terry had said (excellent).Terry and I went through the house so Terry could see what was on my list. Tony started by the front door (doorbell) and continued into the foyer removing the hanging fixture. Terry made a list of the supplies they would need and both men went to the supply company. Upon their return, each man started work in a different area of the house. The job list was extensive. Towards the end of the day, Terry realized the light switch for the garage light would not work; he called a local store and spoke w/Howard in the lighting dept - the switch was picked up and Terry completed the work. Both gentlemen worked from 9A-5:30P to complete the items on the list. The house went from being in the dark to being bright, lighted and full of music. Thank you both! I will call Terry at AES in the future.

I reached Terry on the first phone call and I was able to quickly coordinate and confirm our appointment. He was actually available within 48 hours of my call but I had to delay because of my own schedule. My appointment was for 9AM and Terry was at the security gate to the complex right on time. Because of the nature of the work Terry had to work on a time and materials basis for this job which was not a surprise to me. I was most impressed with his professionalism and that of his associate, Tony. They were able to identify and resolve all the issues on my wish list and to my amazement he was actually able to rewire the switches in my kitchen for the disposal and under-counter lights. This last item meant running new wires through the panel which was no small task, but it totally resolved an extremely awkward arrangement. I am delighted with the results of all the work. The work was completed by the end of the business day even though Terry had to make a run to the electrical supply company. Terry gets straight A's across the board and an A+ for creativity. I have worked with several electricians in the past and I recommend Terry without reservation.

Overall we were very satisfied with AES service. I made two calls to initiate the job, but they were very responsive setting up an appointment within two days. They called the morning of the appointment to set up a time, they were a little late, but they called to inform us, so it was not a problem. He explained the options available to us and where the surge protectors would be installed. He quoted us a price, which they stuck to. He cleaned up after himself, showed us his finished work and explained how they work. He was very professional and felt confident in the job he did. Very satisfied overall and would use them again

It was a painless overall experience. It was more complicated then I was hoping for as he had to run a new wire from the electrical box thru the atttic but he was able to do it and it worked out well. We were pleased with their level of expertise and promptness. Would highly recommend.

Terry Stuart was extremely accommodating and fit my call into his busy schedule.

I called first thing Monday morning and Terry answered the phone. I explained that I found him on Angie's List and I wanted to have him install 6 light fixtures in my new home. He said he could be at my house that same afternoon since he would be close to the area where I live after another job. He said he would call when he was on his way to give me time to get home and gave me an approximate time. He did call and he showed up that afternoon. Terry and his partner installed all 6 light fixtures in a timely manner and they were professional and courteous. His prices were very reasonable and the work was outstanding. I did not expect to have him install everything that day, but he was able to do it. He exceeded my expectations. I would definitely recommend this company for any electrical/lighting work.
