Got an immediate response. Arrived on schedule in about an hour. Had the necessary equipment and knowledge and didn't try to inflate the situation. Gave me a sense that the problem was permanently solved, presented no danger, and guaranteed the work. Can't ask for more! Only reason I gave a B for price is cause I have no idea what other electricians might have charged!

Terry showed up on time made the repairs without any problems.

He is very straight forward. When he says he is going to do something, he does it. He is professional and extremely punctual.

He was more reasonable than many other electricians. He did not charge for the estimate. His estimate was lower than other companies we came across. He was very pleasant. It was a hot, uncomfortable day, and he spent a lot of it working in the garage. He did a good job. We had no trouble with anything he did.

I would recommend him. He explained everything well and was very polite. He charged a very reasonable price.

I called Stuart Electric because I suspected that the wiring in some recessed lights in my kitchen might be going bad; bulbs were shattering or burning out very quickly. Terry Stuart came by a few hours later, examined the lights, and explained that based on the visible wiring, everything looked fine and so the issue was probably due to the bulbs overheating because of the fixtures' enclosed design. He recommended changing out the trims to a more open type. He also offered to replace a malfunctioning fluorescent light above the sink with a xenon fixture. I gave him the go-ahead for all of that work. It took him longer than he expected to find all of the appropriate materials, so he returned four days later to install the new trims and light. I had done enough research on the trims and xenon fixture to know that the prices he charged me for them were fair. He charged labor by the hour but was quick and efficient. He was very willing to explain what he was doing and to discuss options. I was very comfortable with Terry's level of knowledge, his professionalism, and his approach to customer service. I would use Terry again for any electrical work I needed.

We got several bids and he was very fair priced. I really loved the personal attention he gave to the work. He was very informative about what he was doing. He did not rush through the job and was very personable. He did a very good job. I rate him high overall.

I called several electrical contractors and none of them would give me any idea of the cost to install recessed lighting without coming out to the house. When I called Terry, he spent at least 20 minutes on the phone with me discussing how he would work with me to place the lights in the ceiling since there is no access from above. He also gave me his prices which were excellent compared to other extimates I had read about. Terry arrived on time and was very professional in his work. He had many challenges due to an old hood vent and many braces in my kitchen ceiling between the studs. What impressed me was that he had a great attitude throughout and was persistent in trying to find spaces for the cans to fit between the studs. He had to cut some holes in the ceiling, but I am sure any other electrician would have had to do so as well, or would have just told me the job was impossible. I know Terry lost money on this job because he was at my house all day, but he did not charge any extra over his original estimate. I would highly recommend him as hard working, very knowledgeable, and honest.
