I called several places for price and availability. Above + Beyond Pest Control answered their phone right away. They were out at the property the very next morning. The inspector was more than kind. He explained everything in detail and was super knowledgeable. I highly recommend them and I love that itâ s a family owned and operated company. Thank you all!

I was completely satisfied, and the service rep (his name is Brian) even made an extra trip to my house, since eventually I smelled something foul -- whether it's a bird or a rat I can't say -- but he's dropping off some all natural air fresher bags tomorrow. He told me that I wouldn't have to hire a contractor to cut open my wall to get the dead critter out, like s a few other companies did. He said that it would decompose in about a week's time, and that it shouldn't attract any bugs, etc., -- but that I'd have to put up with the odor for a while -- about a week. Smells like I forgot the throw out the trash, but it's not unbearable. I can still sleep in my bedroom, luckily, adding some fresh fragrant flowers (gardenias) and by opening a bottle of perfume on my nightstand. Let me tell you about the money; it cost about one third of what other companies quoted me. That's a real savings!!!

Very reliable and good service company. Although our condo association just started using them, our property has much improved and trees were saved from white fly infestation. Glad we fired our old company!

The company were given an incorrect address and phone number by Home Advisor. Fortunately it got fixed. This made it difficult for the pro to contact me upon arrival. I do not blame Above and Beyond for this problem. They did a great job at getting rid of my centipedes 😊

Christopher is polite ,prompt and efficient. He kept in touch by phone and did the bee removal quickly and returned a few days later to finish them off. Highly recommended!

Same day service, Brian was on time & very professional .Brian explained my service plan and options needed to treat the problem and control it .

Performed the initial treatment for prevention. A week later I found hundreds of ants behind boxes in my garage & nests & eggs in the attic Those ants died, but I now had them in the house. Technician sprayed outside, & within a week they were pouring out of the light switches, coming down the walls, & converging in the cabinets! I called the office on Friday - was told a tech would call me- I called on Sat.,told them the ants were everywhere-said they'd have a tech over as soon as possible. Heard nothing Sat. or Sun..Called office Monday- said a tech. would call me. Girl in the office was quite rude when I told her I was getting angry. No call back from anyone! I called on Tuesday to tell them I hired someone else & she said: I can get someone there today. Same old story! Service is terrible! On top of that,I was told the outside treatment confined the ants to the inside- the treatment needed to be done inside.

George handled immediate ant problem and ongoing service has been pleasant, professional and effective.
