Description of Work: He is drawing up plans for a 1960 remodel. This includes Design Phase Service, Construction Documents Phase Services, and Construction Phase Services.

 + -1 moreAfter meeting 3 architects , I decided to go with Miguel from Inhabit. He seems to show a lot of knowledge in his field, city requirement and the best way to present the plans. He was not the cheapest but also not the most expensive in his rate , However it was defiantly worth it to pay the extra for his beautiful design that was clearly very invested. Miguel was very responsive and available threw the process of the plans, and we are ready to start contraction any day now. I am sure that Miguel will continue to show his care and responsibility as he shows passion and consistency in his work.
