 + -1 moreHe came in at the cheapest quote. I got about 6 quotes. He came in the lowest, but he was also the fastest response time. He was the most communicative. He was very professional & he hauled away everything and he cleaned up the mess. He was great.

 + -1 moreAlthough he was tardy, Mr. Diaz was extraordinarily polite, explained what he needed to look at and showed me the part (relay) that needed to be replaced. He quoted a price for the labor and the part and put it in that same day. He also answered all my questions regarding running my air conditioner at optimum energy saving levels. He is very knowledgeable in his area and I was quite impressed by his service. He also cared about keeping my house clean when he went into the attic and changed the filters. I also signed a service contract with him and he called me the next day to complete the additional items on the service agreement.
Description of Work: Called because the air conditioner stopped working.
