The product they sold was very shoddy, often coming from the factory already damaged, yet the installers were instructed to install them just the same. Half the installation teams did lousy work as well, adding to a miserable experience. Repeated failed inspections, unresolved complaints, yet they wanted customers to pay in full within 30 days even though MONTHS would go by with no satisfactory result.
