I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. These people are great. Also honest , no pushing you into unneeded product. My absolute favorite Tech is Alan Miller. He is so very good at customer service you would think he was Publix trained. I use Ridge for both home and business. They always seem to give more than I expect or could hope for.

They were excellent. Very prompt in meeting our needs. They were very honest, efficient and and did a great cleaning after themselves.

They do great work, always there to help me. I have used them for 16 years.

We met with the salesman and told him exactly what we wanted in a new air conditioner. He told us of all the options his company offered and suggested a specific model Carrier unit. We agreed and paid $2,985 for the selected unit. We were not in town when they were to install the unit so we left them the keys to the house and they said they would install the unit and mail us back the keys. When we returned the unit was installed but it wasn't the unit we paid for, but a less expensive unit. We got our keys back and there was no problems other than we didn't get what we paid for. The unit seems to work fine, but I doubt it's the quality we paid for and it's definitely not a Carrier. We had problems with the unit after the install and they returned and fixed it but I'm still not happy with the bait and switch.

They do a fabulous job. They never charge for things I don’t need. They have taken good care of me over the years.
