Central Florida Tinting

I had Central Florida Tint come out and tint two vehicles on 9/14/16. A 2014 Ford F150 and a 2016 Ford Focus RS. I was told to park the vehicles out in the sun for a couple of days and any small imperfections in the film would go away. I was also informed that their is a lifetime warranty on both materials and labor on the install. The truck came out fine but the Focus did not. I contacted central Florida Tint and was told Andy (the installer) would be out on December 9th to fix the Focus. Andy came and re did the Focus. Again I was told to park the vehicle outside and any imperfections would go away. I did as instructed and again I ended up with small air bubbles in all 5 of the windows that were done. Again I contacted central Florida Tint. I was told that the reason I was having the problem is because of the model of car I have (Ford Focus) and that they could come and do it over and over again but I could still have the same problem. (none of this was mentioned before the install). At this point I simply stated that I would either like the film removed and a credit issued or the job completed right. I was told a credit would be issued but they would not come out to remove or fix the film. Leaving me with a lousy job on the car which I had to spend money on to have removed and replaced by a reputable tinting company. I would strongly recommend staying as far away from this company as possible! Don't walk, RUN!
