CAPO Security, Inc. is renovating home and business monitoring with its progressive 2-way voice alarm systems, virtual surveillance, and has just introduced easy access to control your entire system from your smart phone. This advancement is defining the future of mobile accessibility to a home or office. CAPO Security, Inc. is dedicated to delivering a completely customized home or business monitoring strategy by offering services as a low voltage provider in the new construction arena for structured wiring, central vacuum, intercom systems, video systems, home theater and distributed audio. Giovanni Fazzini, CAPO Security, Inc. founder and CEO, has worked in this industry for the last two years, bringing his understanding and expertise to CAPO Security, Inc. Fazzini is a Polk County native and has lived most of his life in Babson Park. As a young man, through participation in a religious missionary program, Fazzini was positioned in Italy for two years. During his tenure in Italy, Fazzini was appointed Capo Distretto. (As Capo Distretto, Fazzini was responsible for other missionaries in this region of Italy.) In Italian Capo has multiple meanings: boss, top, head, from the beginning, and leader. Giovanni Fazzini says, “The term Capo is synonymous with the traits that a home monitoring business should possess, thus its name CAPO Security, Inc.” Fazzini goes on to say, “CAPO Security, Inc. has been founded upon basic principles of honesty, superior service, and a commitment to providing peace of mind that comes with owning a home monitoring system. I want my company to be the best at what we do. Whether protecting my family or yours, I have witnessed first-hand the importance of securing what matters most.” CAPO Security, Inc. is an authorized home security dealer, licensed, insured and bonded in the State of Florida. We hold license number EF#20000520 and can work anywhere in the state. Currently we have six employees. We perform most of our work in house but sometimes we use subcontractors. We only use subcontractors that are licensed, bonded and insured. We do a free evaluation of the premises for all services that we perform. We have a $99 Activation Fee for new alarm customers and alarm monitoring rates that start at $19.99 and can go up to $50+ depending on the type of service that is desired. No phonelines are required and no contracts are required either for monitoring.

On your ad with them they said I would get a free camera but since I had a camera they did not anything about offering something in its place. Because of the aggravation they said they'd waive the activation fee, but Angie's List already had posted there is not activation fee. They did not offer the senior discount.Contract was for 3 to 5 years, not "no contract" as listed on Angie's List. After contract was canceled they continued to call and have called every day. They called 6 times in one day and they showed up at my home. They need to stop calling me. No senior should be put in this predicament or be harassed.
Description of Work: I called them to give me an alarm, cameras for intercom system and for entry door.
