Description of Work: Relationship: Potential Customer for multiple homes Project Date: May 2017 Project Price: $10,000 - $49,999 I have been calling TM Scott from Lake Placid for over 5 months in an attempt to get them to come out and do an estimate on a new roof for my house. Sandy takes my calls and occasionally returns my emails - but to date - I am still waiting on a proposal or at least someone to return my call. I was referred by two of my neighbors who are pleased with their roofs. Unfortunately, their customer service is in the toilet. No one responds to messages or emails. There is absolutely NO follow up. They must have soo much business - they don't need mine. I have sent a return receipt letter to the owners. Stay tuned . . .

+ -1 moreT M Scott Inc. Roofing Co. were good and very professional. His ex-wife was his secretary and they were a little unprofessional. I'm probably not going to use them again. I liked him, I just found some locals in my community that do a pretty good job, so I'll probably end up trying one of those guys the next time I need help with the roof. They came out punctually, when they said they would. It was a bit of a gap between the time we made an agreement, to the time they actually installed it. Once they got it installed, it looks great. They were putting the best of themselves and pretty much and pretty much did a pretty good, jam up job. Their prices were reasonable, low to middle price.
Description of Work: They replaced a skylight for me.

+ -1 moreArrived on time. Put wood down on lawn to protect grass from truck tires. Truck had lift bed which put truck bed at same level as house roof. Make removal of roofing materials quick and easy. Took about 6 hours to complete job on a 14 x 64 mobile home. Did not see any problems during work. Everything went well. Used large magnets to pick up any old nails that may have fallen off roof onto year. Looked good when work was done. No complaints.
Description of Work: Remove all of old roofing. Remove all old house roof vents. Replace two small areas of wood with water damage. Put on new 20 year shingles with 110 mph resistance. Put on new roof vents and bathroom vent made of aluminum baked white enamel. Put on new flashing to carport. Removed all old roofing and materials.
