I have used Trap n Go (Mark) for a long time. He has removed critters, trapped them. He is very very observant and will notice everything That will be an issue. He checks everything thoroughly and shows pictures and gives me options. He also notices things that are not his area of focus like the AC duct was loose, dampness by the insulation. Great communication!!! Highly recommend him.

Great,,called him came the next day , looked at the problem, had all the tools with him that he needed , started that day , and by nightfall he was done , told me what to look for that night and the next morning ,, He even came back and checked to see if everything was ok . 100% 🐝🐝 perfect .. recommend for sure !!

It went great! We called Mark on a Saturday while he was dealing with another customer emergency. Despite that, he took time to listen the our problems and agree to come to our home late that same day. He was delayed with the other customer into the evening, yet still wanted to assist us later that same eve. We said that wasn't necessary so Mark asked if he could come on Sunday. Mark arrived and thoroughly inspected all potential roof openings and very significant task given the large number of roof line changes and steep slope. He then inspected the attic which was also very difficult to navigate. Finally he walked the entire perimeter of the home carefully looking for any signs of openings or animals/rodents. his attention to detail , professional, and high concern for our safety was clearly demonstrated. Mark gave us a clean bill of health and provided information about our roof and openings. Despite his hard work, Mark did not charge us for his service. We could not have been more pleased with his approach to investigating our concerns, his expertise and professionalism. I'm fairly certain we would not have received this level of personal attention and expertise with a larger firm. Thank you Mark!

I called Mark about a pest that had burrowed under my fence and burrowed down into the dirt in my yard. It turned out to be a big nasty Armadillo. Mark explained, with confidence, that if I could see it he knows he could remove it. He was at my house within the hour and quickly removed the pest. I would recommend Mark anytime. He was prompt, on time, professional and quick to remove the pest.

I was given Trap n Go as a referral to come and remove a bee hive and rats from my home. So I hired Mark. Mark came out and removed the bees and did some work with the honey in the rafters. He started to fix things here and there in the attic and around the house and before I knew it I had a bill in excess of $6000. There are two problems to this story. 1. He never finished the work and 2. I now have a bee nest in the exact same spot as big as a watermelon. I called the Palm Beach County Bee Keeper Association and they stated there is no way I would have a nest that large so soon in the same spot if the Queen was killed. The neighbors who referred him called and called and I have called and called and we have all emailed asking him to come over to finish and fix several of the things he has refused to rectify. I wrote this email personally to Mark who now claims he will not come over because my neighbors are harassing him which is totally ridiculous as they are only asking him to finish the work we already paid for. Mark I’m most disappointed in you. Without your many quotations from the Bible, you are nothing more than a BAIT AND SWITCH ARTIST. First you give me a written statement for removal of the bees and the riddance of the rats…$300 and $350- which you charged me in access of $6000. I paid you IN FULL.So I was had by a super BAIT AND SWITCH ARTIST. You not only did this, but you had complete run of the house. Then when I asked you to come and finish the job two months later, no word from you. You did say that you didn’t want to come to be blamed for taking things. An odd thing for you to say UNLESS YOU TOOK SOMETHING.and quot; I have now had to pay for another contractor to come over and fix the interior work that I could no longer wait on. However the bees are still an issue. I am well into my 80s. I have been taken full advantage of, this company has been paid in full and I just want TRAP n GO to keep his contract and remove these bees. They are now entering my home.

A raccoon had gotten into our attic. Mark came out the same day we called and inspected and set traps. The next morning the raccoon was in the trap and Mark arrived 1st thing in the morning to take care of him and all the repairs! Mark was a pleasure to deal with ! Very professional, fair priced and got the work done quickly. I highly recommend this company!
