This firm came in with the best bid over 3 others. They did a great job on the screens. the only reason I gave them a B is that scheduling was a bit difficult.

I needed a company to take down the screen for roof repair. It was a very short notice. A gentleman came to give me an estimate and instected the whole screnned patio. He found 2 another minor problems. They gave me a very good price and I was very happy they could fit me in the schedule. Everything went smooth, the people that came to my home were polite and friendly. I am considering doing super gutter in the futuer and would definately use them again.

I like the screen it was a good quality. It took a couple weeks longer than they had anticipated but when I called they were very nice.

I had the Screen Shop repair my lanai screen in our backyard. The people were friendly on the phone, however they told me they would be out within a week to repair the screens that were broken and it was a full week after that before they were able to make it out. Then, they missed some of the screens that had holes in them so I'm going to have to have someone else come back out which, if they'd caught the holes in the screens in the first place, would have saved me some money. Bottom line? The price is decent, but now I have to get someone else to fix my screens again and pay another fee. If you're on a time crunch, look elsewhere.

Fred, who was the saleman assigned to us, was extremely helpful when reviewing the proposed project and suggesting what needed to be done. We had already gotten three or four proposals, and the screen Shop was the last to submit one, so I was much more knowledgeable when they came and was able to ask a lot more questions. Instead of sterring us to the more expensive screen types, Fred was honest, and told us that the cheaper screen was actually the best because of its durability and function.Their price was the best out of everyone. Their workers showed up on time and were professional. They got everything done correctly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was repaired (our screen enclosure was in horrible condition). I suspect that the aluminum frame was in worse shape than they had first supposed because it took them a week to repair the frame and rescreen it, as opposed to the 2 days they originally estimated. They worked the whole time, so it's not like they were only putting in half days. I was extremely pleased with the result and the value for the money paid. i would definitely use them again if needed.
