Ethan was very professional and provided us updates through his assessment of the attic. He removed the dead iguana, checked for areas of entry and patched/repaired roof openings to limit another occurrence. He provided before and after pictures so we were able to assess what he did. He suggested cutting back tree limbs near the roof line. I would recommend his company to others and will use him again if needed.

Ethan is knowledgeable and great to work with. He set live traps on several consecutive days and was extremely punctual on returning to check the traps and remove any animals. Ultimately he checked the attic, confirmed that no raccoons were present and reattached dryer vent screen through which the raccoons entered the attic.
