+ -1 moreThey are very responsive. All of the sub-contractors that they use are very professional, neat, and friendly. The job was completed on time. They were good to work with. They will be doing another bathroom for me. They showed up when they said they would.

Description of Work: Aaron from Chandler Construction performed major work in my condo complex (total condo renovations) and did an outstanding job. I had him come out to my condo to provide an estimate to install oversized high-end marble tile on the master bath floor and walls surrounding the tub. Not only did Aaron arrive on time as he said he would, he was extremely knowledgeable quickly identifying what needs to happen to complete the job correctly. I requested the tile be laid in a staggered subway pattern and he indicated that it would be no problem whatsoever. Aaron is professional and his quick responses to all my questions clearly indicated to me that he knew exactly what he was talking about. All the work his company has completed I have seen at my neighbor's homes looks great. I did choose another contractor I had used previously based on unexpected earlier availability. I wouldn't hesitate to use Chandler Construction in the future though.
