Bryce Boynton was an absolute pleasure to deal with, as was his crew - Felix, Dayan, and Josh. All were professionals who did outstanding work for us. We highly recommend Five Star Painting - they are our painters for life!

Bryce set up an appt for an estimate on 10/22 for 12:00 pm. He called (after 12) and told me he was in another appt and would be ther by 12:30. At 12;35 if get another call saying he wasnt going to make it but felt bad and would be there at 6:30. I agreed. He came, took measurements and told me I would get an estimate the next day. I did in fact receive an estimate and i called to negotiate the price as it was for $4900 with only 840 being for product. We agreed on a price. He called me back around 6:30 ON Tuesday evening and told me he had a cancellation and could start on Wednesday 10/24. I said great, but I still don't have all my colors picked . He told me nop problem. So on Wednesday A worker arrived at 8:30 am ALONE! He started to dismantle the back bedrooms and move all the furniture into the middle of room. I asked him where the rest of the crew was and was told they were on the way..At 9 am i asked him again where everyone was as now he was sitting in his car doing nothing! I was dismantling our media room and wrapping up the breakable items. After moving all of the boxes and furniture stored in there from the other rooms. Yes he was still sitting in his car. At 10:30 I went outside and told him I was running an errand. I called the owner of the company Bryce Boynton, who also wasnt at my home to find out what was going on. He told me he was about 10 minutes away. I ran my errand and was home within 20 minutes. At this time I went over everything with Bryce and asked where his worker was and he told me that he left him 6 messages and he hasnt called him back. Mind you that employee had all the tarps and covers to protect my furniture.. So he then said that he was sorry that he doesnt think that he can do the job. I was like what????? H offered me a check for 60.00 to compensate my time. I asked him who was going to put the rooms back together (put all the curtain fixtures back up, move the furniture and he said Sorry! This is not a good company. And I will NEVER recommend them nor give them anything but a failed grade in professionalism, work ethics and employee presentation!
