 + -1 moreWe had trouble with our fireplace leaking smoke through the attic and smelling strong in the bedrooms, It was difficult to even use the fireplace because of the smoke smell throughout the rest of the bedroom areas. We called Fireside and they sent a representative out within a few days, and he was prompt, very knowledgeable, and very helpful. He was able to locate the problem, which stemmed from improper installation of the of fireplace chimney, located on the roof section. It was funneling the smoke right down into our attic and into the rest of the house. He was able to fix it then and there and explained some basic fireplace instructions, and finish the job in a few house. Very prompt, extremely knowledgeable, and expert in their repair. Would recommend this company anytime.
Description of Work: Smoke smell throughout the house, couldn't identify the problem. They were able to identify the problem and then repair it at the time of the initial visit. Through inspection of our 25 year fireplace, and recommendation of usage for the future.
