They did a great job. Showed up as promised. Took a little bit longer to schedule an installation date but the a/c unit was for our second floor so it was not as urgent.

After paying a whopping $306.00 to recharge 3 lbs and add a detection dye, I was advised a return trip was needed to find out if there is a leak or a defective compressor. After calling the office twice, I finally had a tech follow up 1 week later to advise that there is a leak and that he will notify the office to order a part. Again I had to call the office twice before the tech called me to say the part was NOT ordered and it would take 4 days. This is two weeks later! I decided to call someone else, who did NOT try to sell me a contract and who was able to repair the leak with a seal for only 380, and not the 1,730.00 advised bu A/C.

The crew arrived on time, was professional and got the job done quickly. I would recommend this company to anyone. Great job guys!
