Warren arrived on time and was very thorough. He answered all of my questions. He did a great job. I received my home inspection report with photos within 24 hours. Warren was friendly and professional. This was a very pleasant experience for a new homeowner who knew absolutely nothing about remodeling and home inspections. I would highly recommend Warren.

Outstanding customer service from Warren and Cynthia from end to end. Extremely responsive with scheduling, quotes and reports. Excellent use of supporting photos and color-coded highlights of priorities and safety issues. Added a free wind mitigation inspection with the home inspection, which really came in handy. Could not have been happier.
