Terribly! They ordered a glass protector and said it would be ready on July 5. The receipt said July 4 but that was a holiday so I expected it to July 5. I stopped by the store on July 5 and was told the protector had not arrived yet and would probably come in later that day and most likely be July 6th before it was done. I called on the 6th only to be told it was not ready and that the screen protector still had not arrived and they would call me when it was ready. Basically, don't call us we'll call you. I was called on Friday, the 8th and was told it was ready. I stopped by the store on Saturday the 9th to pick up the phone, because it was so late on Friday when I got the call I did not have time to go that evening, and the phone screen protector had a line about an inch long in the upper left hand corner of the screen. I told the sales girl there was no way I was going to pay for that and had to demand that the manager come out and discuss this with me. Well he was not there. So, I told her to get him there. She called him and he said he could be there in about a half an hour. I waited and Juan said he could order another one and have it in on Sunday at noon. Not around noon. At noon. I said go ahead and order it. This went against my better judgement but I said yes anyway. I go by sunday about 12:15 pm and it still was not done and Juan was not there either. I was livid at this point. The sales girl called him on her cell phone and told him I was there. I spoke to him on the phone and he said he did not tell me so such thing. I know he did because I wasn"t going to do it but I had left and came back and confirmed what he said and he said the same thing. That is when I decided to let him go ahead and order the protector for the next day Sunday. Not only did the store try and pass this repair off on me but lie to me about the delivery time in every case. And, to top it off this was virtually a brand new Kindle Fire HD8 and it looked like when I got it back that it had been passed around and played on heavily. The back had additional scratches and looked like it was well used. Since I did not have any proof I had to let that go. I would not recommend any UBREAKIFIX STORES at all. If this is the type of people they hire and let run their stores, there is no way I could ever recommend them.

This was actually the second time they wooried on this particular Playstation. It first failed in late fall 2015. It is an original with some special features and our son is attached to it. We thought it was a lost cause, but took it to this company because they had previously repaired my husband's iphone (to his great delight). At that time, we went to a different location (on 82nd street, I think). Well, long story short, they we able to clean up the old thing and get it working--but with the caution that with its age, the fix might not last. When it did break again, we went to the Michigan Rd location, which had recently opened and which is much more convenient to us. We really couldn't believe that they were able to get it working again. They gave us a price break, too, because we were just past the warranty period. Zac was pleasant and professional and the job was done in a few hours. If I had any problems with phones, computers, game systems etc, I would definitely use them again.

They guys here at UBreakiFix tried everything, but the motherboard just wouldn't revive! They were courteous, professional and very helpful. We'll be back with any other issues we have with our iPhones/Macs.
Description of Work: My partner left his iPhone 5S in his pants pocket and washed them. He didn't realize what he had done until after the rinse cycle was complete. Sad but true.
