Description of Work: They cleaned the de filters of the pool and it's a annual service. I have monthly fee from them which is $95 a month.

Description of Work: Pool cleaning. They cleaned the pool filter and brushed the dirty. Then Jeff (owner) said he will send his guy to vacuum NEVER HAPPENED, so I called Jeff sent him some pictures and he said his guy cleaned the filter again. So I asked how I'm supposed to use a dirty pool, he said no my problem and said to get my money back from Angies List

+ -1 moreAs we all know, pools in Florida are great! However, taking care of them is a huge challenge! After four companies came and quoted pool cleaning services, Star Pools and Spa was by far the most affordable! The owner came out and was very polite, knowledeable, and informative. I had a few repairs (who am I kidding), I let my pool go way too long without service! They brought it back from a nasty green to sparkling blue! Also, my weekly pool guy James is the best! It has been beautiful ever since! They even came out one time on a non service day to clean it for our little ones birthday party! Highly recommend their services!
