+ 1 moreMy house needed a good cleaning to be show read for potential buyers. From the first phone call with Jason, everything was delivered as promised, on time and with professionalism. The crew was very courteous and it was clear they were going to get the job done as promised. The results were even better than I expected! I guess I did not realize just how much the property needed cleaning. I even witnessed Carlos rescue a little "lizard" from inside the screen enclosure. He rinsed him off in the pool and set him free in the back yard! I will definitely use this company again!

+ 2 moreOur pool screen was covered with a great deal of pollen (green) and mildew. It was unattractive and did not go with our newly designed porch that has new pavers, granite bar, etc. My husband had attempted to clean the screen himself with no luck. Two techs from the Squeezie Squad came out as scheduled, on time, and cleaned the pool screen very nicely. It looks clean and presentable now. We highly recommend this company and would use them again. They perform many types of cleaning services, such as windows, roofs, etc. We received a discount for finding them on Angie's list.

This was my first time ever using a window cleaning service and I was happy with the results however I will probably try and do them myself in the fall and see how I feel about my results because it was a little pricey for me. Compared to others they were affordable, but I would much rather take the money I spent and apply it to my house in another way. That being said, my personal views on my expenditure is not a reflection of the service they gave, which was great and why I rated them an A.

+ -1 moreCarlos when he first arrived made sure we moved the cars away from the house so as not to have the chemicals drip down on them from cleaning the eaves. Carlos and Chris did a really great job cleaning windows, eaves, screen around pool, and sidewalk. I have a two story home with a screen around the pool which makes it very difficult to clean windows.They cleaned the outside of my windows really well I had done the inside but found once they had finished my cleaning job was not as good as theirs. They were awesome workers, cleaned everything very well.

+ -1 more3/29/14 - The owner, Jason Zapp, has now contacted us and has offered to pay for the screen repairs, as well as clean our windows free. He provided us with the names of three screen companies that he would recommend, but my husband prefers to contact one that is on Angie's List. We also turned down the free window cleaning service, since the screen repair will be a rather minor one. When the repair is completed, we will let Mr. Zapp know what the charge is for just one panel (we have another panel that a bear damaged this month). I would now change the grade to a B, since the crew did not allow themselves enough time to clean up properly. Other than that, the work was acceptable. I'm sorry this situation occurred, but we were very disappointed that the Squeegee Squad didn't return our phone calls about the problem.
Description of Work: The two young men from Squeegee Squad, arrived a bit late in the afternoon, but got to work promptly. They found our pool screen, which is under an oak tree, had fungus growing on it that was difficult to remove with their hoses, so one of them climbed up a ladder and tried to brush it off from above, putting a hole in the screen. They called their office and were told to give us a $30 price reduction. They quickly finished the job, since it was getting dark, and didn't completely clean the debris off the one end of the pool deck, leaving it so that we had to brush it off and then sweep it up the next morning. They instructed us to call their office the next day and they would recommend a service to repair the screeen, which I did. The girl in the office said her boss wasn't in, but would call me back. He never did. We're making our own repairs. A dissapointment, since they were so highly recommended.

+ 0 moreThe group arrived on time, ready to work, within the prearranged time frame. They were professional and friendly. Two men came in wearing booties and cleaned the windows in no time. A third gentleman removed the screens and cleaned the outside of the windows. Yet another gentleman busied himself with the layers of mold and dirt on the driveway and walkways. The results were amazing. We would certainly recommend them to anyone who is looking to have these services performed. Courtesy and professionalism goes a long way these days and these guys represented their company well. Good work!
Description of Work: We had our driveway and walkways pressure washed, which have never been cleaned in the 8 years that we have lived here. We also had all of the windows cleaned, inside and outside, screens washed, and window tracks cleared and cleaned.

In addition we have a roof which does not accommodate easy access. We took a chance on a professional company instead of a random individual. I'll just say that it will now be a stress free luxury to have our windows washed every year. Maybe twice a year! Squeegee Squad was professional in every aspect - telephone conversation, scheduling, meeting needs. The crew, who did the work, were equally so. I was touched by their concern to alleviate my worries and to do the job properly. This company will not take the job unless they can do it correctly and professionally. They did an excellent job. After having 2 other previous providers, this is the company we will be sticking with for the maintenance of our windows.

Driveway is clean with no streaks or discoloration. Aluminum is white again windows are clean and streak free. It seems like a lot of money but this 13 year old house looks new again. I would highly recommend this company.

Two knowledgeable service men arrived right on time, surveyed the situations, and began work. The men were polite, professioal, and performed the service quickly and expertly. They did an excellent job cleaning, and also took into consideration the little things like the pool pump and light fixtures so that they weren't an eyesore against the freshly cleaned house. We have used them a couple of times in the past to clean our gutters and windows, and have always had outstanding service.

+ -1 moreWork was performed very well. Care was taken with our white shutters. We have windows with a special coating that can scratch if not cleaned properly. The technique used assures no damage done. Also the fellows have a great attitude and listen to any special instructions given.
Description of Work: I generally have the windows in our home cleaned inside and out twice a year. I have been using Squeegee Squad for several years now. The guys do a fine job of not leaving any streaks, drips, or dirt from when they coming in and out. Screens are removed and tracks cleaned.

+ -1 moreI called Squeegee Squad because the driveway and mailbox of my rental home needed cleaning. The receptionist booked the appointment and told me that the driveway would be $120, and if they needed to charge more for the mailbox, the cleaners themselves would give me a call. They did complete the job but didn't call me about an extra charge, but they did charge me more for the mailbox. Typically I expect a company to go by the agreement that we had, and if they charged more without my approval, to waive that charge. I went ahead and paid the extra $10 but wasn't impressed by their communication. They also left the bill at the house, and I had told the receptionist that I wanted it mailed to me. However, the driveway and mailbox looked great afterwards, according to our rentors.
