It worked out fine. They came quick and got the job done. It took them 2 or 3 hours to do the job. I called them and they showed up and they got it fixed. They talked to my tenants and showed them how to operate things.

Went excellent! Very responsive, scheduled the job within a day of my call. Felix did the work. He arrived on time, knew what he was doing and fixed the problem quickly. Kept everything clean and what very little mess there was he cleaned up. I'm very happy with the service and with Felix. I will DEFINITELY use ServiceOne again, I recommend them highly. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding!

The best part was the fact that they were honest with me and they told me they could fix it, they gave me a temporary fix. Really, the actually fix would have been very expensive, so it was just worth it for me to go ahead and get a new a/c system. The worst part would have been the price of what it would have cost to fix it. They were actually nice enough to give me credit on my old repair towards my new a/c system It was kind of expensive.

I had a number of quotes probably from about 5 different companies. It has been working perfect, the fact that they actually got it done in less time than they had originally told me they were going to get it done in, there were no issues what so ever. I have used them since then. They were the lowest quote.

It went well! What stood out to me was, the level of service, they were available when I needed them, they were on time, very efficient and very quick with what they needed to do.

They're great. A's across the board. I'll use them.

Jesse came out and did a great job diagnosing my problem and giving me alternative solutions. He extended the life of my air conditioning unit several months at a time when the money was not forthcoming. I appreciate the care and time Jesse put into helping me understand the problems and solutions. Unfortunately, next Spring, a new AC unit will have to be installed, but I'm happy to say that Service One did all they could to help me make it to Winter.

I had the honor of getting the Field Supervisor to call on my situation and he was right on time as planned. Very nice to meet and work with. Carefully listened to the description of what I observed and made a very quick and accurate diagnosis. Problem was quickly fixed and with a reasonable price for the service. Will definitely be calling back to start their maintenance plan.

Contacted ServiceOne Air Conditioning & Plumbing LLC by phone and they promised they could make it to a rental property in Ovideo by the end of the day on September 30th, a Friday. They were to contact the tenant directly to set up a service call, after I had already purchased a $69 service call. They never called the tenant to set up the appointment. The heat was unbearable so we went with a different company that was able to make it out to the house on Saturday. ServiceOne finally made contact with the tenants on Monday, but the A/C had already been repaired. And I have yet to be refunded the $69.

Perfect. Ken showed up on time (called ahead of time to let me know he was headed my way) and installed a new cartridge in my shower in about 30 minutes. He also hooked me up with a new faucet handle at no charge because the one I had purchased to replace my old one was the wrong model and he just happened to have an extra on hand.

John did a complete test on the outside unit identified the problem and we had ac again within the hour. Job well done!
