Scrub & Order

Scrub & Order has been a pleasure to work with since they started cleaning our condo's pool area and mail kiosk about a year ago. They were hired to clean two restrooms top to bottom, empty all our trash cans, wipe down and arrange the pool chairs, and sweep out the cabana area and mailbox kiosk. We've had a bunch of companies come through here over the years and the price of the Scrub & Order service is very fair and honestly they could rightfully charge more. We've had other cleaning services charge a higher rate and were not nearly as thorough and sometimes they would flat out not show up for work (but they never forgot to bill for the work). We've never had an issue with Scrub & Order. The complete the work as promised and on schedule, which is twice weekly. And their employees are always very friendly whenever we see them out there working. Another great thing about this company is their responsiveness. They're a local company so when you need to call or email, you speak directly to the owners Samantha or Joe. And from a condo association stand point its a relief knowing that they have workers compensation insurance. We've found out that most companies that do this kind of work choose not to carry this insurance apparently to cut their costs. The bottom line is this is a great company that delivers on their promise. And thats really all you need to know.
