Description of Work: I found Total Realty on Angie's List. I called because I thought I needed a complicated lease. Ms. Panosso understood immediately and explained to me how to solve the problem. This is not your ordinary Real Estate rental agent. She is very sharp and takes the time to understand where you are coming from and then knows exactly what to do. She alleviated all my anxiety. I will definitely hire her for future leasing.
