George did a great job upgrading our bathroom. All the work was done well, on time and neatly. Plus George is a very nice guy and was super to work with. The work was done to professional standards and at a price that was far better than every contractor I contacted. This tells me they are a very honest company and have great customer service. They answer the phone, call back when they say they will and show up on time. Will definitely use again.

They were very professional. The workers knew what they were doing. All the pictures were leveled and straight The price wasn't bad for the work they did since they supplied the materials.

Keith was the tech sent here to do the work. Chad called 20 minutes in advance to let us know and confirm. He showed up right on time. He was very courteous and thorough. Work done was excellent. Estimate was 1 1/2 hours. It took longer because he needed to shut off circuit breaker. I was charged on for the estimate. Very nice and well done.

I 'm from NJ but, I have a rental property located in Orlando FL. I do use a property manage company however, one day my tenants was complaining that the workers the property management company were sending to do the repairs were people doing a sloppy work and just putting a band aid and not really solving the problems. She mentioned we had water leaks in the kitchen and toilets, also had problem with the electricity that were never property fixed. I was very concerned because I knew these were serious issues. Not knowing what to do because I did not want to use or call the property management company . I was washing tv came on a Angieslist commercial. I never use her before but I knew about her, I had only 3 days to flight to Orlando to do all the repairs and make sure the work was done correctly and legally. I decided to go to AngiesList website to look for professionals, for my surprise was very easy to navigate the website. I like the reviews from MR. Handymen and give them a call. Chad the manager was very nice and patient with me, I was asking him all kind of questions to make sure I had covered all the corners to make everything happen in 2 days. Chad sent Mr. George to do all the repairs, he came on time, the office gave me a call 20 minutes before Mr. George arrival to the property. First day we when over all the repairs. Mr. George was very professional and knowledgeable. He did all the repairs in 2 days. All went smoothly I was very happy with the work and especially that everything was accomplished on a proper time manner and done correctly. Where have these people been?!. They were on time, extremely professional, great guys. They followed up and called ahead. Just a great job all the way around. They finished faster than they said they would, no muss, no fuss. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

My technician, George, was on time and very courteous. He was prompt at beginning the jobs i had for him. He was very efficient at completing all the jobs in a timely fashion. I was very impressed with every aspect of the service he provided. I will definitely be hiring them again in the near future and would highly recommend their service.

This is the second time, I have used Mr. Handyman. Called Chad, on 11/20/15, and he was able to send Johnny, out to my house on 11/24/15, which was great since it was so close to Thanksgiving. Johnny, came out right on time and got to work on my list immediately. He was very personable and professional. He was respectful of my home and cleaned up after he finished. I am very pleased with Mr. Handyman, and the two technicians they have sent to my home to do work. I will be using them again and I would recommend this company to anyone looking to have things done around the house. Chad is very responsive and keeps you informed throughout the process.

Contacted Mr. Handyman, on 11/4/2015, and spoke with Chad, who was able to schedule service the next day with George. George came promptly at the scheduled time. Chad had called thirty minutes before to let me know he was on his way. George was very pleasant and professional. He got to work right away and did a nice job painting the concrete floor in the Lanai. He was thorough, and did not get paint on any thing else. When he finished, he began to put together the new furniture which I ordered online. It was a four piece rattan set. He put it together without any problems, and it looks great and is sturdy. Doing the assembly, he realized he needed a drill with a specific bit to screw the joints together, and he had what he needed on his truck. He was neat and cleaned up after he was finished. I would use them again without hesitation.

I called Chad at Mr Handyman this past Saturday to see if someone could reverse our existing folding attic stairway. I made an appointment for the following Tuesday morning. Johnny was the employee who came to our house to do the job. He drove a van well marked with the Mr Handyman logo. The job took Johnny two hours to complete. He cleaned up loose debris and repainted the stairway roof panel. We are very happy with the results and would contact Mr Handyman in the future if needed.

Wow! Ask for George if you use these guys, because he's awesome and thorough.

We closed on our house May 13 and reached out to Mr. Handyman to do work by May 15. Chad was quick to accommodate our needs and schedule something within a timely fashion. The representative arrived a few minutes early on the 15th to get a perspective of all the things we wanted to be done on the house before starting. When it seemed that the list would require more support in order to finish within a single day, he had another handyman come by to do some of the work. In the end, the work was fantastic and the two handymen were incredibly friendly. We thought the costs were a bit high, but the results of their labor was well worth the investment.

Very professional experience, from punctual arrival, review of work to be completed and final inspection, which unbeknownst to us included a stop by of the owner to view completed work. We will use this company again in the future, they have made the permanent list for trusted service providers for my wife and I.

Chad called a day ahead of time to tell me what would happen and then called me the day of the repair to advise me who the technician was coming to the house and that he was enroute. Johnny showed up on time and quickly assessed the damages. Although I thought that the ceiling would have to be cut out and replaced, he ensured me that it did not and he proceeded to scrape off plaster remud and retape the ceiling joint. He resprayed the ceiling with popcorn, Kilz and paint. He blended the ceiling to match the rest of the ceiling. He covered the floor, furniture, and tented when he sprayed. He worked diligently for five hours and completely cleaned up after he was finished. Johnny did an awesome job!!

Johnny arrived on time and quickly assessed what I needed. He worked diligently to get everything done. The cabinets he hung were leftover from a remodel and one had to be modified to make it work. He was able to do that. He did not put the crown on the cabinet tops as this is a specialized skill and he did not want to risk ruining the crown material. I appreciate that he did not try and Mr. Handyman is sending someone else to finish it at no additional charge. I will definitely call them again for any other repairs.

I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and work ethic that George and Johnny showed. They worked very hard for long hours, and paid meticulous attention to detail. They were very careful in their work, and they cleaned up completely when they were finished. In addition, they're really nice guys -- I enjoyed having them in my house for two very long days.

Chad and Johnny were great to work with. Very professional and Johnny worked really fast. He did a drywall and replaced a ceiling fan by himself in 8 hours. It was 9, but Johnny only accounted 8 because the other hour was for cleaning up and figuring out a problem that occurred with the ceiling fan. But the work was satisfactory and Chad swung by to check how everything was going. I was pleased with the quick response even after office hours. I needed the work to get done quick, and that was what they provided me with.

Great experience all the way around. I was promised a call at 7:30 am to confirm and the call came in right on time. I was told that George would arrive at 8:00 a.m. and he was very punctual. the job involved widening the opening for the attic stairs and installing new stairs. It was not a straightforward job but George performed with total skill and professionalism. He cleaned up when he was finished and left everything neat and orderly. George also fixed some cabinet hinges. It's hard to find new ones that work, but he fixed the old ones and took care of the problem--something other vendors have not been able to do. I had purchased the attic stairs and trim before I called Mr. Handyman. Their prices are on the high side, but you get what you pay for. They charge a premium for every nail and screw they use from the truck, so the more materials you can supply in advance, the better. If the person who is doing the job needs something from Home Depot, let him continue to work while you make the trip to the hardware store, or you will be paying a fortune for someone to stand in line at Home Depot. Bottom line: a bit on the expensive side, but the job was A+

The representative(Eric) from Mr. Handyman arrived on time--Assessed the work to be done--Went to Home Depot to get the materials--Returned 35 minutes later and began the repairs. Eric did an excellent job, cleaned up and you could not tell he was ever here. Project took 5 hours and everything was done to exceed my expectations.

Quick and easy. The representative arrived on time and had the work done in under the amount of time projected. Looks great - much better and quicker than when my husband and father installed one in our previous home. The only potential negative and reason for the "B" on quality was that we were doing other work in the house during the same time and had no idea the dog door installation would be completed so quickly. The door was installed per the instructions which is a little too high for our small dogs but that really was our fault - we should've told him ahead of time but didn't think about it. I guess I wish he would've thought to ask but I'm not sure if that's really his responsibility. We purchased a couple of concrete blocks and placed them outside the door to give our dogs a little boost and it works just fine. We will use their services again.

I called Mr. Handyman today and they were able to get me scheduled for a same-day visit. The tech was right on time and wore shoe covers while inside the house. He had to get material from Home Depot and he was back really quickly. He immediately went to work on my door. Once done, he cleaned up the area and painted the door. I also had him help me with running electric cable for an outdoor light on my patio (which he also installed). He did a great job and was very professional. The tech seemed to have a very vast knowledge of repairs/construction. The office I called was very responsive and had great communication. I'd defiantly use them again and request George!
